  • Today I am making easy chicken dumplings with a spicy tangy chili oil dipping sauce! This recipe is super beginner-friendly, and you don’t need any special skills to make it. I’m using ready-made wonton wrappers to keep things quick and simple, and the filling is made with basic pantry staple ingredients.
    These chicken dumplings cook in just 3 minutes, making them perfect for a quick meal or appetizer. The homemade chili oil takes about 5 to 10 minutes to whip up, and you can store it in the fridge for later use on noodles, dumplings, or even stir-fries!
    INGREDIENTS
    Ground Chicken - 500g
    Salt - 1 tbsp
    White Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
    Scallions - 20g
    Grated Ginger - 1 tsp
    Sesame Oil - 1 tbsp
    Egg - 1 large
    Corn Starch - 1 tbsp
    Wonton Skin - 35 sheets
    CHILLI OIL
    Cooking Oil - 1 cup
    Garlic - 10 cloves
    Chilli Flakes - 3 tbsp
    Paprika Powder - 1 tbsp
    DIPPING SAUCE
    Chilli Oil - 4 tbsp
    Light Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
    Black Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
    Scallions (a pinch)
