Okay so it has worked after several attempts. The key that worked for me that first install app give all permission that is asked. Do not connect with Bluetooth first. Then go to add device and select Bluetooth pairing then take after your earbuds and connect . In my case this process worked.
Brother boult astra and torq looks same and in website of boult astra also supports boult amp. But i am facing issue with adding device. Please give solution.😢
