These Korean Wrestlers Wrestle Like Beasts

Speaking of Korean martial arts, the first thing that comes to mind is probably taekwondo. But it turns out that Koreans also have another very interesting and quite popular martial art, ssireum or Korean national wrestling. This wrestling is a unique mixture of sumo and other types of wrestling, with an even more unique set of rules and competition formats. That makes this wrestling quite interesting to watch, one might say more interesting than sumo, because ssireum wrestling has a minimum of rituals and a maximum of action.
