I have the Medium LightningX bag - Mid-Sized First Responder EMT Bag | LXMB25 that I've been using now for probably 4 years or so in my Volunteer Work as a First responder but not EMT/Paramedic. Of course I have added some things in over the years and kept it stocked heavily.
Inventory the pack once a week pulling out, counting and replacing each component, all while writing it on a list of what's there. Eventually you'll know it by heart.
Am I the only one who noticed that he got the sizes of half of that stuff from the tape for example and the gaze pads in the trauma pocket. It seems like a decent bag but there’s definitely stuff in there you don’t need if you’re not on an ambulance or not caring oxygen like for instance you don’t need a BVM if you don’t have oxygen you don’t need nasal cannula I didn’t see nasal airways which are the only where way you can use for a facial trauma the stuff that was definitely lacking was a lot

No CPR mask or Ambu bags? What about SAM splints?, emergency blankets? pen and pad to write down vital signs can also think of a few more iems as well

You need to reshoot that video and leave out the music. Either that or edit out the music. It's very annoying.

You can use BVM without oxygen
Nasal cannula is prolly just extra if it’s needed by someone that does have o2 not sure just sayin
Sometimes you need the Nasal Cannula when the individual has an extreme gag reflex. so those plus the lubricant attached to each one.
And please whatever you do get rid of that rat tq and buy a cat or another toccc approved device
