    My MSS510 is having the same issues, about to crack it open and test the diode. I will let you know if it has failed.

      @@Mr.BrownsBasement All the M7 diodes tested fine (.599v). I tested the SS36 Diode which should have a drop of around .220v. Its vdrop was .057v. So I believe that its bad. Could you send me the vdrop of the SS36 diode? Just to confirm if its failed.

      @@highgeared4959 The forward biased voltage drop should be 0.75v ( data sheet at www.vishay.com/docs/88751/ss32.pdf ) If you're reading

      @ My initial diagnosis was incorrect, i assumed it was a internal issue based off the symptoms your device was having. Turns out it just needed to be power cycled and a firmware update.
