It's one of those summer days when there's an abundance of light outside, even if you wake up early. Positive light that fills the entire house. I do, however, appreciate the peace and quiet of the early hours of the day before I open the blinds and let the light in. usually start the day by eating nuts that have been soaked the night before. After waking up I organized my new incense sticks, arranged the pantry, made some delicious breakfast. I’ve been getting a lot of questions about the different kind of pots or planters I am using for my plants. Since it is summer time I am sure we all are bringing in more plants so sharing that too with you all.

Don't soak almonds with other dry fruits as they release their brown color n also sometimes powder coating is done which gives allergies. Throw away water in which almonds are soaked yeah one must drink raisin water along with soaked raisins as it's healthy. But remember whenever anyone soak dry fruits wash them thoroughly n sometimes in rainy seasons raisins get infected so after soaking eat carefully after checking them. 😊

Freeze the curry leaves in an ice cube tray with some water after washing them. Whenever needed pop up a cube and let that melt. Use it. Stays green and fresh

15:24 tip for u to preserve kadi leaves & yes in its own green color... how... here it is...
Simply wash & dry them first.. then wrap them in kitchen paper towels in small bunches(like one mist full in one tissue square) tie it with a thread or use rubber band lightly... Main part:- now keep them in Fridge Door top shelf & they will dry in 4-5 days completely now u can collect all & keep them together in a paper bag in fridge Door... can keep them as it is soooooo long... hope it will help😊

If you add a bit of oil to the fresh curry leave and then freeze them they will keep the green fresh colour for longer ❤

Sabudana vada should b deepfried..not shallow fry.inner sabudana(sago)particles do not get fried properly. Then it is not good to digest..

Ragini ...you may dry the curry leaves n then crush a bit..not powdery and use upto a year more❤
Ragini, one tip for making sabudana vada is to soak the raw sabudana in the correct proportion of water. Doing so will prevent soggy pearls and will make better vadas. For air frying pakodas use a baking sheet to prevent it touching the hot pan directly.

How you use incandicent sticks... in Germany... whenever i make tadka also fire alram starts beeping its horrible for me...
Ha ha ha for incense sticks I usually place them close to the window and keep the windows open. And for tadka yeah I know what you mean, usually keep it on low flame and then take your time to make it 😂😂😂
