Of all the TV Chefs over the many years, Tyler's dishes ALWAYS work! I got to meet his Mom for my 50th Bday dinner in Marin, lovely lady, but I wish I had caught Tyler just to say, "Thank you!" My Beef Wellington is awesome b/c of Tyler. Really very pleased with his efforts to teach us.
Ok just have to say it. Followed Tyler for years. His techniques.. balanced recipes .. and simplicity endures. Also great knowledge of international cookery that effects his food. Thank you 😊
Dayum! Tyler never fails to impress and never lets me down. I’m catering dinner for our first work weekend at our hunting camp this weekend and CC is one of the very first dishes I learned to make when I was 12 and I’m excited to make a big batch for the men after a long work day at camp prepping for hunting season. I thought I’d look around for ways to improve upon my base recipe and this one alone gave me tons of ideas to really take it up. The pancetta and the anchovies will rocket this dish! I plan to also set out a bowl of Tyler’s crab dip with roasted cherry tomatoes and garlic saltines for snacking, it’s one from way back and I’ve enjoyed making it for years. Thanks, Chef!

……there’s needs to be a search bar on the website; I’m not finding the written recipe page in the list.

Why do you have another chef ? Clean after you
Nearly as good as mine , and I ain’t a chef, just saying, nice job though…, thanks
TOO MUCH salt for me. Too much anchovy. Ugly tasting unless in small doses.
Hopefully, you've moved out of California, while you still can...
No no no no no. So wrong in almost every way.
