B3 seems way too easy for grade 3. In fact, it's even a bit too easy for grade 2. The piece itself is great but I feel like they could've gotten someone to do an arrangement that's at least a bit more elaborate.

Agreed. Not sure why it's there. Perhaps for reasons other than it being of Grade 3 standard?
