@@anasarfiiimy basic is fort sill 68w
All 68 series with be at Fort Sill and then Fort Sam Houston
what your first duty station? I picked Korea. Also doing 68 series.
Fort Cavazos was mine
Do you know much about the 68F? Privliges? Time? etc..
What do you mean by time?
@@Tailored4Service Time of being there i’m transferring from another branch and was wondering is it common to be in holding before actually starting classes
@latriceholifield5082 yeah it is pretty common they have a certain amount per class that they take
@latriceholifield5082 yes very common unfortunately
What are weekends like for AIT at sam houston for 68 series?
What’s kind of 68 are you?
@@Tailored4Servicesame question but for 68W?
@@Tailored4Service 68Golf
68w weekend can improve once you are allowed to have more privileges on and off post. Same for 68G. Remember the longer the AIT the more privileges you will receive.
I’m prior service Air Force. How will my AIT be compared to normal soldiers?
Depends on Military occupation and what AIT you attend. Most if not all 68 series will go to Fort Sam Houston. But Fort Lee, Virginia and Fort Leonard wood MO have AIT as well.
@@Tailored4Service yea okay sounds great I’m gonna go into something medical not whiskey though I was thinking maybe medical logistics or patient administrative specialist
I’ve been medical logistics for quite sometime now if I was to give you any advice it would be to lean towards patient administration but also take your time to research every 68 series job that is made available to you. There is dental, physical therapy, occupational health etc.
@@Tailored4Service great sounds good. would you recommend your job for someone who just wants to have a more laid back job
Yes I would. But your unit will definitely determine how laid back your day to day actually is
