Since she starts her career US record company we’re not so “friendly” with her. Maybe because at the beginning of 00s the target was Mariah or Celine Dion kinda singer and Anastacia was surely different from them. She has a rich and black voice, but she’s white. She’s short, she wear glasses and usually her outfits were made of leather pants, leather jackets with fringe and a lot of very bizzare things (which personally I loved since day 1 cause it’s her signature look). But at that time they were a little bit too much maybe. They do not clear understand Anastacia and her potential. But as her second album title said she’s a Freak Of Nature and it’s true. Look at her, a little white girl with such a huge black voice. A girl with a lot of energy, a real stage animal like no other. It’s a shame her native country do not know her. Anyway, let's hope her new label doesn't mess things up!

She TRULY is a star, i remember i got a ticket to her consert in Gothenburg for my 30th bday and it was so amazing, her voice is simply Divine! Truly wonderful.

Never heard of her but someone said this was shot in Lisbon.. As I am looking at locations she shot her voice had me hooked. Why is not played in the U.S.

She is from USA but she isn’t famous in there! It’s sad because she has one of the most beautiful and strong voice in the world!
Since she starts her career US record company we’re not so “friendly” with her. Maybe because at the beginning of 00s the target was Mariah or Celine Dion kinda singer and Anastacia was surely different from them. She has a rich and black voice, but she’s white. She’s short, she wear glasses and usually her outfits were made of leather pants, leather jackets with fringe and a lot of very bizzare things (which personally I loved since day 1 cause it’s her signature look). But at that time they were a little bit too much maybe. They do not clear understand Anastacia and her potential. But as her second album title said she’s a Freak Of Nature and it’s true. Look at her, a little white girl with such a huge black voice. A girl with a lot of energy, a real stage animal like no other. It’s a shame her native country do not know her. She definitely deserve more. Man if you don’t know her and her old rare performances find @anastaciavines on Instagram. I just told you not because of followers but because I want to let you hear a real vocal natural talent like her. I don’t want that American ppl made the same mistake as record company did. Listen to her and tell me what you think ❤

Some track from Evolution were really powerful. Before, Pain, Stamina, Why, Not Coming Down… or even from Resurrection: Oncoming Train, I Don’t Want To Be The One. Sometimes it’s due to record label and their stupid need for radiofonic lead single 😩
@@mttgrl Yeah... I agree. I'm still sorry that Heavy Rotation and Evolution turned out the way they did. They had some good songs but the promotion and single choice were so bad... And Resurrection could've been a great comeback if it had been promoted properly and the bonus tracks (which were very likely some of the best songs in that record) were actually included in the standard edition. Anyway, let's hope her new label doesn't mess things up!
