The original is one of the best songs of "Die Toten Hosen" and it sounds really good in english and with Anastacias voice. A whole new album is in work, looking forward on things to come :)

When I see Anastacia I see an Amazon Warrior, she has always been a strong woman, I fell in love with her distinctive voice (you always know when Anastacia is singing, she doesn't sound like anyone else) years ago. No matter what life throws at her she comes back swinging and she sounds just as brilliant today as she did years ago. I have struggled listening to this amazing song so far as this year has been haunted with a Bladder Cancer diagnosis back in May. Now the fight has rolled on and I am just. finishing the 3rd of 4 planned cycles of Chemo. My best day will be October 4th when I walk out of that Chemo unit for the last time and start to build up my strength for the removal of my bladder at the end of November. I will be Cancer free!

The song was originally written by a 1980’‘s German punk band called „ Die Toten Hosen“, the original Titel is called „Tage wie diese“ and was a huge hit a few years ago.

Brilliant contrast between the dark alto voice in the verse and the higher register over an interesting I-IV-ii-IV-I chorus (even more in the second chorus). I also think there's no (or very little) autotune.
