Was waiting for a part on heel lift in shoes, currently have brooks with a 10mm heel lift but want to change to Altras with a zero drop heel lift ( ONLY IF THEY ARE COMFORTABLE )
10mm to a zero is a big difference, i wouldn't recommend that. Give some time for your body to be adapted to what you have, post injury, before going for a big change. I walk in zero drop shoes but i run in 6mm drop neutral shoes.
