I think Cody is not a bad champion. Bro just dethroned one of the longest title reign in history, so imagine after long 4 years, we're used to this Head of the table thing personas and auras, to me I respect that, but as usual since we're getting stumbled by roman being champion and champion abd champion over and over again, of course our eyes get glued to roman's title reign. I even like the fact that this title reign of Cody was quite compare to Cena's first run. Financially like Cody, Cena sold great merch and especially the title design spinner belt. In the ring, he's first 2 ppv feuds are with Jericho (HM Christian) and then came Kurt Angle. This quite similar to Cody where unexpected feuds pop up instantly. I'm not saying it a duplicate title story to Cena but Rhodes reign is riding the way it use to be on Cena, until came Edge who's the MITB and cashes it on Cena. Does that meant that somebody needs to regain an MITB match for Cody? Hmm not really. It's about the feud and storyline, that's what I believe that lacks with Cody and I hope WWE can give Cody a rivalry like Edge to Cena and look now, Cena and Edge became greatest rivals. So in conclusion, it's not the point to say Cody is a bad champion, it just need better feuds and storyline, let's wait till Raw to Netflix, Cody is set to be back to RAW to be part of Netflix as champion, maybe a great rivalry are there. List talks are Rollins, Punk, Drew, Dom(If there's potential) or Priest etc. There may be something wrong to his title reign but I don't see him as a bad champion. The timing of him being a champion came after a long year of title reign which we're overloaded and being used to Roman Reigns

Cody’s reign has been good like I don’t know what people are smoking. Anybody who was in his shoes following Roman’s 4-year title was undeniably going to serve as a tough act to follow, but it’s been good.

I’m a fan of Cody, but I’m not like a die hard to the point where I will glaze everything he does yeah not everything he does is perfect but I’m not one of those Roman glazers who constantly acts like he’s the greatest thing to happen on God’s earth or act like he saved my life from a burning house. I like to be an objective fan not a bonafide brownoser.

Cody Rhodes title reign has been flat out boring. I knew it would be tho, and I said people would turn on him eventually. Cody Rhodes just isn't the star that Roman Reigns is. Also he cuts the same promos every week. There just isn't excitement there with Cody. Also ever since Roman came back the fans realized FINALLY who the real star is, and Roman has been getting massive ovations while the crowds have been lukewarm to Cody and Kevin Owens. Just my opinion tho. I know it doesn't matter 😂
Hey opinions matter! That’s what our channel is about. The fans are what matters and just how The Rock vs Roman Reigns at WM was changed to Roman vs Cody, it’s because they listened to the fans. It’s tough to judge Cody’s first world championship run following a run like Roman’s. Cody is however a huge draw with the kids as a top babyface. We saw it with Cena too, Cena was huge with the kids. Hopefully we can get a Reigns vs Rhodes 3 and enjoy that feud once again.
According to me the sad thing is that if Cody fueds with an heel rock they will eventually turn on him coz WWE fans have a rich history of cheering heels

He was never top champ material. He'd have been a grwat IC/US guy, but he doesn't have the grit, excitement, and power.
Cody is weak. He's soft and he's protected. The real let down is that it's obvious the wwe and old stars from the territories are pushing him hard. When he tries to be tough and heelish it just comes off as awkwaed. He's awkward.
I liked Roman, but the Shield version. Tribal Chief was boring too.
LA Knight would probably be the only one I could see being the face of the company. His fan base is everything they wish Cody had.

As much as I don’t like Cody here’s the thing. If Cody lost at Mania he would’ve been fired. Like there’s nothing for him to do if he lost cause he would’ve never been able to challenge for the belt again. Seriously if he lost and the next day we found out he was released from his contract, then that’s absolutely bullshit! And for people that crave for Cody to be fired and sent back to AEW, as much as I want it to happen as a fan of wrestling, real life is more important and no one deserves to be fired over a storyline…

Ok people boos John Cena because he was winning too much and burying superstars left to right. Plus when people fell in love with Cena it was before the pg era, the reason he was able to trash talk people on the mic because he had free reign to say whatever he wanted, and also his pg gimmick was cringe and they wanted a heel turn.
As for cody, well I'll put it this way, back in the day when you take the title at WrestleMania the feud would continue at the next ppv but instead Roman took a break so Cody just come out here and cut the same promo and it got boring.
His aura is different before winning the title and after winning title, he want to start new story, new promos but he is failing, he is looking inferior despite winning title from the legend : Roman reigns, wwe needs to work on him, give him great opponents now
