Five Ways to Colour Correct Photos in Affinity

Achieving accurate colour in a photograph can be difficult. In this video I share five techniques that you can use to apply colour correction to a photograph using Affinity Photo.
In this video, you will learn about the following:
- Setting the correct white balance with the White Balance Tool in the Affinity Photo Develop Persona. Also, how to use it with a Colour Checker card to set the white balance.
- The White Balance Filter in the Photo Persona.
- Apply adjustments with the White Balance Adjustment Layer.
- Making corrections with the Colour Balance Adjustment Layer.
- Controlling colour and contrast with the Levels Adjustment Layer.

Hi Robin. I have just purchased Affinity today. Your tutorials are excellent. In my old Photoshop cs6 I could adjust specific colours in jpegs. Is there anything similar in Affinity? I'm looking forward to watching all your videos.

Thanks. You can do most things in Affinity Photo that you can in Photoshop. How you do them may differ slightly. You can target individual colours to change or replace them in lots of ways. I’ve covered a few in my videos.
