Perfect, totally fixed the wobble in my wife’s bike using this video, she has the same model being used, same color even. Great video, simple instructions that worked!
Thanks, I made the mistake of screwing the stem bolts BEFORE the fork bolt and it prevented the fork from sitting where it had to. Now I fixed it thanks for this video by screwing the bolts in the correct order !
Thank you for your tip on lifting the bike from above the wheel as you tighten the top bolt. I watched about 6 videos and you were the only one to suggested that . Thank you
I've just taken my brand new bike to bits all the bearings are find the tiny washer is broken am gonna flew it off not get 1..but my seat is rite down and i do carry a heavy packpack..this looks easy i just can not pull them together
hi so i have a mountain bike and i have the same problem but i think mine is much serious because its much worse and i could see the inside of the handle thingy and i dont know if it can still be fixed so its sitting here collecting dust can someone pls help me out
I have the AiPAS A6 e-bike, which is basically the same thing as the Lectric Xpedition. I have the death wobble from 8-12MPH. So that little dust-cap over the fork stem? That is actually what tightens the forks up, just like in your video. I could not believe it. There is no ring to tighten. Those caps can't be tightened too much, because the flower looking bolt will just pull up and out. IMHO that a terrible design.
This was NOT what was wrong with my wobbly front wheel. It was the actual wheel screw needed to be tightened. Not sure why it would come loose but it did and it took a minute to adjust but its solid again. Phew
We understand your concern. As noted in the video, most of this relates to assembly error. Rest assured, if you follow the tips on our support page and the assembly video, you should not have this issue. ride1up.com/support
My wife has had this bike for over two years, no issues until yesterday when she hit a pothole and wobble started. Fixed it after watching this video, no other issues with Ride1up, quality bike for the price.
These bikes ship with these pieces unassembled, it is not the companies fault if someone puts it together wrong. Videos like this are a nice thing for people not familiar with assembling bikes. I think for the money they offer a fine product. I bought one of the core 5's for my wife, my brother bought one for his wife also as well as a 700 series for himself. They have been good bikes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend one to someone looking for a hub drive e-bike.
I hate this bike. I hate Ride1up. The parts are crappy. The tolerance is incorrect, and nothing works on it. My front wheel wobbles laterally despite the assembly being correct. If I tighten my quick release all the way, the disk brakes grind. I also had a front fender that didn't fit when I UNBOXED the bike. I was told to bend the fender (didn't work) or just remove the part and just not use it.
U r like me the problem from the wheel itself. It will wobble when u apply pressure to the wheel. Try to tie the side nut little bit it will fix if not change the whole wheel
This is how, How to should be made. straight to the point and beautifully explained with detailed visuals. Bravo

I had this problem for months....thought it was the brakes, turned out to be as simple as tightening the spoke screws, problem fixed no more wobbleing
This guy just fixed my bike! 💪
What if the central bolt is already tight and head set is still loose?
What if I do all of this and it still wobbles in that same place?

Having the same issue. Were you able to fix?
I have the turris... complete junk after 4 months of daily use I'm over it
Well none of these were my issue lol, my wheel wobbles significantly between the forks even with the wheel lifted.
That they have to make a video about this issue does not speak well for the design or the company in general...really???

This applies to pretty much every bike, though? I guess all bikes are designed badly by that logic?
this is a great company, own 3 of their bikes now 👍🏼
