Few things misspoken on. Its a soundgrid network not digigrid. The server, its not extra its required. The soundgrid server processes all the audio, the axis computer is just a host for the LV1 software and controller.
Are we still using such system.. or did we all upgrade or did any additional equipment/software ??? Please make new video update info if you did. And let us what is refreshing
This is still the system we are using for our house mix. The only change is that we now run the inputs through a couple of splitter snakes to run a completely independent stream mix as we talked about in episode 6.
@@TrinityJoppa IO in Soundgrid is shareable, you can have another computer and SG server doing a separate mix using the same inputs without the analog split
@@igorzavalnyi5341 Yes, but that is an expensive investment. Given that we already had another Yamaha board that wasn't being used with sufficient IOs, splitting the inputs was by far the less expensive option.
