They removed the invisible wall in the remake and added a third Toad to stand next to the door so now hidden chest #3 is no longer missable. So even if you don’t get that chest the first time around, you can get it once Mallow joins you.

How do you return to bowyers arena in the forest maze?
@@Jlopezocasio Bowyer’s arena is a 1 time thing. It’s only exclusive to the Bowyer fight, not the machine made Bowyer in the Weapon World.
Now if you’re talking about returning to the room you fought him at, at the spot with 4 paths, go right, left, straight, right, left, and left again. They moved the save spot and the hidden treasure with the red essence to the room where you fought him at.

One of the best QoL changes I have heard for the remake. Well okay not the BEST (inventory changes would be number 1) but damn if I was not waiting for someone to confirm or deny if they changed that one hidden chest.

Monster: Nothing! Now GET OUT!

it seems the red essance boxes are the most dificult to hit. am i crazy? or has others notice it too? like there hit box is smaller or they are slightly higher then the others thus its a smaller window to hit

How do you get #3 if you missed the chance to jump on that Toad guys head?
If you go outside there will be a cut scene after that enter back into the castle and there will be 2 more toads there
What I did that nothing help?
@@CarlosRivera-zf3kku need to have mallow if you missed it the first time, saved the castle then go back to that room there will be 2 toads there after
Number 16 is different for me. I go to the same spot but it seems there’s a cave entrance instead of just a solid rock
It's because you hit the green switch in booster tower
@@Samuelakagaming yeah I went back and tried the spot and it still showed up. I thought it disappeared because the stage changed but nah

If you kill mirror Mario and miss #23, how do you get it? Is it missed forever?
You can just leave the stage then comeback and it should respawn
I accidentally killed the enemy in #23 am I softlocked from getting the box
no, just exit to the world map and then return, and the enemy will come back

As a character I like Mallow the most. As a party member in battles it's Peach. Helped me a lot to record a good walktrough, haha.

I missed the #2 and its already block by the toad guard :(
So I guess if you miss 35 and get 38 then you're screwed?
No. The chest at beginning of the 35 clip is not an invisibile chest. It's a normal chest that later gets replaced by a hidden chest.

The trick is to jump off the corner pointing left, not to follow the path down and left like this video seems to make it look. Made it every time since learning that.
@@ChrisRaftis I did get it to work by doing it like the video where I jump off then face left (character's right). Took a couple dozen tries.
