My church has one, and I use it with my keyboard a1 nord funky bass sound omg!!! Blow me away!!! I know it's not a keyboard amp like my roland 550 but actually liked it more then my 550 amp now I'm in the market for one!!!😮
Hey, man. Nice sound! Warm and great compression, too. I have just bought second hand the first version of this exact model, 102p with the Combo Head. I don't have the level out dial on mine. Any other difference you're aware of?
i have the older same model and have a master vol besides the gain bit not the line out volume i also use the 2 x1o bottom extension cab and this set up in my opinion does more and louder than a full stack svt with less than the svt pro. this guy "mark" is italian i believe and was originally with another guy that were SWR amps which were killer too i think they had a falling out perhaps and SWR doesnt exist. but iv used this at fairly large venues like house of blues and brixton and it fills the the room with well just bad ass bass works really good dio style or dream theater or maiden or rush especialyy when you want that almost subsonic low end but still tight the 10" set up is suoper surprising and will never use 12 inch or 15 or larger just dont need and those wont have the clarity or tight feel these exceptional cabs have. this amp doesnt rumble or distort it pounds or aticulates full range big time at a real 500w with ext
does markbass have a ton of bottom end? i hear people talking about tone. i bought the ninja 1000 and the 15 inch cab and 2/12 cab for 2100 dollars from gc waiting on delivery.if it doesn't shake the earth i'll be bringing it back
the i 15 and 2 12 with the 1000 watt head literally moved my hair and shook my organs.i have guitars on the wall all there strings were buzzing after i hit a note@@jonathanstoyanoff9844
It's certainly powerful enough. If you like the combo to begin with, I would try it as is before buying the extension. I've used it in very loud situations, and I've never felt like I needed an extra cab.
Would this work also for larger venues such as arena settings because when gigging, I don’t want to always have to bring my whole rig so would this work?
IMO the larger the venue and better the sound reinforcement, the less you need a large cabinet. It not as though the house needs your rig to fill out the low end. I've used this rig for all kinds of festival stages, large venues, etc, and have never felt underpowered onstage. Hope that helps :)
Do you know where I can get this amp, I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find them and guitar center had the last one but apparently it doesn’t turn on !
Search for the Markbass CMD 102p IV It the newer model and is a little cheaper. I also found the older combo still available through Guitar Center, so if search their site and snag one before they are out of stock…forever.
And it’s not always about dB, but how notes cut through mix. This amp definitely cuts through and it’s musical (you hear notes). But yeah it’s loud also and low B sounds great!
Sei incredibilmente maestoso 😮... congratulazioni. Per favore, carica altri video per esprimere la tua bravura 👏👏💪💪😀😀👋👋
I found you!!! I once saw you play at the downlow in Chico. You are ridiculously amazing at bass

My gain is at 12:30, my bass is G&L M2500. It’s an active bass and this gain seems to be max with slap. It sounds great!

Man that sounds great! I want to get back to the bass - What guitar are you running there?
I’m playing a ‘76 P bass w/an added Lace Sensor bridge pup :)
@@jonathanstoyanoff9844 wonderful sound my friend!
I’m sold. Buying one for myself.
dude your playing is FIRE I was jamming hard at the couple of notes you played, do you have any recordings we can listen to?
That's very kind of you to say! You can see some more videos at www.jonathanstoyanoff.com

I also have the older model. Ours lacks the line out dial, but the new one has the master volume, it's just positioned on the top right.
Best amp and really when you stack it with there 410 cabinet you don’t need anything else
Nice demo.
Thank you :)
I'm trying to decide between this and the 102 Ninja 500. I think the port gives this model a little more punch.
I haven't tried the Ninja, but I will say this combo is extremely punchy.
I’ve had this combo for years and it’s very punchy. Works great with low B also. I use this amp with a 5 string. Great amp for all styles. Slap also.
What Bass you playing, also makes a huge impact!!
Agreed!
'76 Fender Precision in this case with a bridge pup mod
Can you tell me what bass you're using that is a Fingerstyle tone that I've been chasing
Hi! I’m using a ‘76 Fender Precision with an added Lace Sensor Ultra Slim Acoustic Bass pickup in the bridge position.

Hi! I can only speak for my 2x10 combo, but it has plenty of low end, so with the rig you’re talking about I would be shocked if you’re not satisfied.

Why did they stop making this model ? Can’t find it anywhere ?
Not stopped. But there is new version based on Little Mark IV
It looks like they've given it a makeover, but it's the same amp.
Would you recommend this amp with an extra 15 inch for a garage heavy metal band

They make a newer version with the same head. Check out their website :)

Is this loud enough if played with a loud band with drums ?
Absolutely! I use it for club gigs, outdoor events, festivals, etc
@@jonathanstoyanoff9844 ok thank you 👍
