  • Grant's Kick-ass smoothie recipe:
    2 cups of water
    1 handful of spinach (Approximately 1-2 cups)
    1 whole banana
    1 cup of frozen blueberries
    1 cup of old-fashioned oats
    2 Tablespoons of a chia-seed/flax-seed mix
    1-2 Tablespoons of fractionated coconut oil
    Optional: Add collagen peptides and probiotics or digestive enzymes.
