Being a health coach.. i should tell u this is not a well balanced meal at all .. oats is good but not that Idli is bad both oats n idli have same or if not more carb content.. there is no protein in ur diet which can lead to other issues.. please make sure u eat a well balanced meal everyday don't lose ur health to lose weight
I would suggest you to not check your weight everyday, Because when you start your fat loss, Initially it's a water weight you loose and that's a drastic dropdown in weight, however after some days that graph become stagnant as you start loosing your actual stored fat. So It could be demotivating to you..
Hi I follow something same diet to what u r doing.. for Veg soup to enhance taste.. add lil corn flour slury may be half a katori(1 spoon corn flour and add water) add in the stalk and boil.. a pinch of Soya sauce it would taste nice

No hate Do think!! Now i am following balance diet with carbs protein.etc and having permanent weight loss.
This diet will give you more harm than good. Make it slow with better balanced diet and muscle training. So that you will not loose muscle and skin won't be loosened with other health issues

our body needs essential amount of proteins carbs and fats to function properly.Soups are ok for night time but for lunch you do need a balanced meal
