Ryan's hope probably the most down to earth American soap ever it gets kind of ruined by the melodramatic background mucic wish they had copied the British coronation street as Ryan's is very similar right down to main action in a pub they don't use background mucic at all makes it seem more real .actually if anyone enjoying Ryan's hope today you might enjoy. Coronation street it's an institution here in Canada!!! Very similar to Ryan's hope.although the tightness and style of writing reminds me of the first 4 golden years of santa Barbara
