They just approved billions of dollars of highway and freeway projects to widen our roads. It takes time due to contracting, planning and permits. Specifically I-10 from Phoenix all the way to Tucson will now be under construction to make it 3 lanes. Also have you not noticed all the major freeway projects that are currently underway or already finished?
Alabama governor spent their covid relief funds on prisons. And to the guy with it went on road repairs, it takes time. Not true, that money has been gone in Arizona. 6 ballot counts ate that up.
I used to work in a busy hospital ER...we'd get so many from the local rodeo that were hurt and few had health insurance. They should require all in the rodeo have at least catastrophic health insurance for their care.

would the freedom of information act help us gather that information.? what agencies or things investigate these things can lay people start to conduct the process? the government works for the people their duty to serve the best interest of society and not breach that responsibilities. 15 million away in this method is definitely breaching their duties. especially since there is a accounting or paper trail fraud or securities fraud. just 15 million gone. who ever gets that money then buys things with it and helps devolve the living standards for others outside of that money.

Not only the cruelty of bucking straps, but owners leaving their horses standing in heat and sun for hours with no shade or water. This is a common practice during the rodeo days in Benson Arizona. I lived across the street from the area and witnessed it happening. Most of us pet owners would never do this
