Thanks thoroughly enjoyed that.Always enjoy visiting Rosario. Great tips re: food and art map. Will definately look those up when I get over.I always enjoy Pajara interesting church there.Always enjoy your posts. Thanks so much.
Another wonderful video ladies. As we are all locked down and unable to Travel, your weekly videos have brought us so much joy and the taste of sunshine we have all been missing. We look forward to them every week. Have you thought about doing another questions and Answers video. The last one was great and I’m sure there’s plenty of questions for you out there. Take care and keep up the wonderful work. Fiona x
Thanks for the latest video great to see Rosario again we always have a day in the town when we are on holiday, the sea front area is a good enjoyable walk with a mixed bag of coffee bars.We enjoy your cultural visits which gives us new ideas especially as we have been visiting fuerteventura for over 25 years, also your guide to eating places is very useful. Take care Gary and Linda
Hello girls As usual a lovely video 🤩 We went to the capital a few years back after hiring a car. Went to the shopping centre ,but walked around town as well . I thought it was lovely. We looked at a the structures . But there seems to be alot more in your video will have to check that out. It also always looks so clean and tidy with lovely neat pretty trees😁. The 12 euro 3 course meal and drink is brilliant will definitely try that . All the food you show us looks so good . I love the paintings on the walls as well. The big fish market place in Corralejo near harbour has brilliant paintings on it . Yes like these sorts of videos then again like most of your videos lol keep up the good work stay safe and well both of you 🥰
Loved visiting Rosario but quite alot of walking involved. Like to see Caleta & local villages in your vlogs. So nice to see the sea and blue skies again. Thank you once again for the time you put in to make these vlogs for us. Take care xx
Absolutely loved that video Amelia! I've only been to Puerto del Rosario once .... despite vsiting the island several times on our holidays. The family dragged me to Las Rotondas (4:12 in your video) but I'd much rather have used the time to explore the town, which looks really great. The only other place we stopped was the Lidl you got your shopping (at 8:05) when we headed back to the villa in Corralejo. I for one would like to see more 'non touristy' places on the island. Keep 'em comin'! :)
Thanks for the video 🙂 loved the street art which was never there when I visited many years ago. Its one of my photographic passions. I bet you can't believe those 3 years have flown by since you first dreamt of living in beautiful Fuerteventura. May you have many more sunny 🌞☀dreams for years to come.
We went to Rosario last year but we went to the big indoor shopping centre & walked mainly around the Town! The beach front looks lovely we’ll have to re-visit when we come out this October hopefully!! The food looked amazing what a bargain!! The weather looks gorgs!! Be nice to see the little villages around the Island where you haven’t filmed!. Look forward to your nxt vlog Ladies. ☺️
Lovely video and idea to provide an insight on areas like this and also as you say it shows more of local good hospitality and quality, and of course you're not paying top dollar for it neither. I would say keep what your doing in terms of variation and variety maybe add a little on public transport and it's availability to get to Rosario for example and maybe on any retail shops that maybe of interest. As you say it's an island of plenty and for someone like me who enjoys doing things outside of the tourist box it creates ideas and opportunities to explore outside of one's usual timetable. Thankyou for sharing and as usual take care of yourselves. Regards Ian x x
There are many more risks to come x I lost my father early March not covid related but the process to deal with bereavement so so long a que its intrue but believable and Sarah be hard on attitude but reflect properly on what's going on here when comments are passed please x The short term journey will be a challenge for the fuerteventura local folk and I feel for them very much and it won't be consistent re Spain and uk policies strategically and safety x I've lost generations of family and thus it's a greater challenge than the last few years you had in a cardiactic situation and your responsibilities I know I have seven know of the family who are nurses!
Another great vlog & more hidden gems. Not bothered what you want to do in future vlogs to be honest, it’s just great to see the island & both of your smiley faces ( loving the updates on twitter by the way) great job. Take care ladies, stay safe 👍🏻😎
I love Arreciffe for Canarian style and this capital looks great, so certainly it is worth visiting. Sculpture touch was also noticeable both in La Gomera and La Palma. Great video :)
Fantastic! I love watching all of your vlogs but particularly this kind where you show us non tourist places around the island. It's great to see everyday life on the island. We'd love to spend more time there, but undecided on what area yet, so it's helpful to see different options. Thanks!
Dear Amelia and Sahra, all your videos are really nice and informal! You asked, what we what to see...I would like to see, all the small cities and villages on this wonderfull island. Thanks and take care!
Would love to see a vlog regarding property in Fuerteventura - i.e. what you can get for your money inland! Personally i would need a 4/5 bed - they are easy to see in Lanzarote but they don't seem to be advertised on fuerteventura on main portals! Property around £300k - £350k
Thanks ladies really enjoyed your vlog,I love porto del Rosario, I felt i was home for a brief moment, I miss fuerteventura that much , your favourite restaurant is ours as well ,must try the place you stopped off in ,the food looks great, love to see more of of Rosario I'm sure there are plenty of interesting places to see and dine ,keep up the good work I look forward to your vlogs.x
Thanks for the correct shout out ladies 😂👊🏾😙.... looks a lovely place I’m definitely going to get about more next time I come for a cheeky long weekend. Have you done many excursions while living there? Be nice to see you do and have honest opinions on them for when your followers come over I done surfing with my four boys a week before Christmas a few years back, tiring but a good laugh. ✌🏾
Another interesting video, thanks, like the haircuts! Worrying that you mention Caleta is a ghost town. I hope there is some atmosphere in June (hoping we can still come of course). We enjoy quiet....but not dead! Lol! ❤️
Great videos! Thanks for your hard work bringing your life in Fuerteventura into our homes. I would love to see you cover Sotavento beach & lagoon, it’s a fabulous walk along the beach towards Jandia and back. Beware - Nude Germans!!
Another great film, film quality appeared excellent, very crisp, brilliant. Thank you for the update, I’ve never visited Puerto del Rosario, but it looks a good place for a day out. I just thought it was the industrial part of the island, I now know I was wrong. I look forward to the next film, take care, regards, Chris.
Thanks once again great video and they always make me smile 😃..... but also really emphasise to me just what we are all missing out on at the moment. I love all the videos you do and I really enjoy the mix of tourist locations and off the beaten track so to speak. I think everyone that watches your channel just feel thankful that pretty much each week you take us along on your journey to share this beautiful island with you. So what ever you post and where ever you travel to on the island we will all enjoy how you present it to us. Stay safe take care and a huge big "thank you" for what you both do. Kirsty 😀
Hiya Ladies, Happy 3rd Anniversary. On your move to the island. Great video. Always good vibes. Thank you for the tour. Beautiful place. Your pool looks very inviting. Thank you for sharing. It nice to see different things. And not always the tourist spots. All your videos are enjoyable. Have a great week.
Great video as always. I'd be interested in more videos of less touristy areas - to give us more ideas on places to visit when we are finally allowed to!
Thanks for great video again. Informative and practical. Updates on the covid situation there are welcome. Have many places closed permanently? Look forward to your next video. Anne
Could you please record a video about housing in Fuerteventura? You can show us your beautiful property (to have an idea), speak about prices, areas, facilities (private pool or big garden). It would be very helpful for the people (like us) who are looking forward to move there!Regards from Australia!
Really love your vlogs so missing fuerteventura my wife and I we like to come out there 3/4 times a year but the COVID has put the block on all that so please keep taking us to your island
Thanks for info. We missed out have only been to the shopping centre. Will visit if we ever get to return to the island. Hope the masks go soon. Like the resort videos as well as the less tourist places videos.
Hi Girl's, Looks lovely, still stuttering along here in UK, even if we get the go ahead to come over, the hotel prices are gonna rocket. Viewing the costs from a couple of weeks ago they have jumped up substantially, and adding any testing etc, people may be put off. How are you paying for your lunches, do the venues still like cash, reluctant to carry cards around? 😊
Always enjoy following your vlogs as I love Feurteventura. Just had my June holiday to Corralejo cancelled by Jet2 so having to wait and see if I will get over in September. Happy watching your trips around the island as always informative. Are there any beach resorts at the very North of the island. Take care and stay safe xx
Another great vlog!! (nice to see the sunshine🌞) We've been to Rosario a few times always seem to end up at Burger King in the shopping centre tho!! 😂🍔😆
Really enjoing you Videos, but just one point of interest. Spanish was introduced to Venezuela by Colonists. Most of them were from the Canary Islands. Canarian Spanish has been the most fundamental influence on modern Venezuelan Spanish, and Canarian and Venezuelan accents may be indistinguishable to other Spanish-speakers. The same goes for Cuba and Dominican Republic. Santiago De Cuba was founded by Canarians who went there to work in the Cuban Sugar Plantations. Thanks for the videos they are all great but particularly good to see more of the island which isn't as well known. Also I have been watching your videos of your visit to East Asia which are brilliant and I would recommend if anyone hasn't watched them yet, I know I'm a bit behind. Lynn ☺
Another good video girls. I love it you tell us about these great places to eat and visit. Looking forward to coming back to the island and seeing my apartment for the first time as the owner. Trouble is Work is going to get in the way here in the UK. Hope to see the island soon. Ed
Hopefully, Spain may recognise the differences between its Costas and its islands when deciding their tourism policy. Nice video; many thanks. We visited Puerto del Rosario once and liked the place but seem to remember that its Estacion de Guaguas was quite a way from the sea front and quite a walk, or another bus to get to it. Like yourselves, I think we'd need to live there before thinking about using a car to get about the island.
We used to hire a car from the airport before we moved here. Very cheap and easy. There’s a video on the channel about car hire if you want to investigate further
Loving everything you do. So hoping to get out there in September. Now I have had both my vaccinations I will feel happier going away. Fingers crossed we will be able to visit soon. Stay safe.
Love your videos - although they do make me miss Fuerteventura even more! We come to Fuerteventura to run and get away from the resorts so any videos on local villages off the beaten track, areas that are good for hiking etc. would be welcome. Is it possible for instance to get permission to climb Tindaya?
Love all the blogs ladies hope things are back to normal soon ?we have an apartment in calleta by Atlantic bought 2 years ago was looking forward to coming back over tickets booked then covid tickets refunded then the wife Sallyi n lock down developed cancer and passed March this year Sally regarded Furteventura as home me also my question is i know that the island is not part of the EU and is controlled by Spanish law can you make say a video on how having owning a property on the island being non resident can legally stay for long periods of time after Brexit regards John
Unfortunately & I apologise if this has already been said even if your green on our system & even with a vaccine we could end up still having 3 covid tests 🤬 Boris is talking about maybe cutting the cost of them but he’ll have to cut them big time! That’s a lot to add on to a holiday 🤬
Definitely more like this, find some cheap back street bars, run by a 75 year old grandmother with cats and maybe a chicken running around. If possible !

Puerto del Rosario has a lot of great bars and restaurants. You'll find a list of our favourites in the video description 😀
I’m from La Palma but I’ve been living in the UK for 6 years, and I love the way you show the Islands on your videos, they make me miss home!! X
Puerto Del Rasario looked lovely always love a bit of local scenery. Great stuff👍
Lovely video. We love Caleta but it is always lovely to see places like this. Carry on the good work.
Keep doing both, good to see it all, but village tours are the nicest! Thank you for showing the beautiful island, we need it !
