ŚWIETNA MUZA!!!!
I wish I had a fly press I’m envious
Awesome video man. Where did you learn blacksmithing ?
Have you ever done acordian damascus, it's pretty different
Great job but don’t use the premiere feature it sucks and most people find the views on the video go down
Man, you need to weld a second handle onto the other side of the twisting wrench. Helps keep the bar straight when you twist, and its much easier.
How well does it hold its shape what’s the process to make it spring
Fine job forging that beast. I didn't catch how well it flexed. Does it have a grand spring to it? Love the pattern as well.... Martin
M&S BLADES thanks! It was pretty stupid I didnt show a flex video but it surely does! It is ground very thin to make for a springy knife
Thanks for the clairification. Yea it has a beautiful shape I was just courious. Cheers
If you use a nuetrallizer to stop your acid, I'd recommend have a drip tray to catch it, if it goes into you extra acid that shit won't last as long, no worries, good work
Where did you get your flypress from? And which model is it?
the hair dude, that belt sander almost caught it up
That was stressing me out too... yikes!
Yeah you want I should send you some scrunchies!
You know if you utilize the hot cut and fold technique you will lose a lot less material and end up with a more interesting pattern.
Beautiful. I need one, forged in fire needs you....
What size Techtop motor is that?
Nice knife, too bad you didn’t show the flexibility because this is what a quality fillet knife consists in.
Where did you find your copper???
where can I buy your products?
Hey Floris, Can you tell me why you are covering your anvil and hamer in water while working on the knife? (NL)
Jelmer Kruithof The water evaporates which causes explosions between the surface of the hammer/anvil and the hot steel which blows of all the nasty scale!
Dear Floris, Would you be so kind to tell me where your skills coming from? You studied ? Or your Grand Father ? Thanks
10 seconds in and I'm subscribing... I can already tell I'm gonna love this by the vibes alone.
... how do you not have more viewers and subscribers?
Yeah man! You nailed the fuck out of that one😏
How does it bend and perform?
Pretty stupid I didn’t show the bending in the video, I am sorry.. however, it was ground extremly thin to provide for a good bendable knife with nice sharpness
@@FlorisPostmes Lol, I was REALLY waiting for a bend test, as I know these blades have to be so flexible to perform well, and maybe they'd need a different heat treating/hardening process from say a chefs knife, that is much thicker and used for harder chopping. I was looking forward to that bit. Oh well, until next time. Lovely looking knife though, thanks for making this all!
Floris Postmes do you have an address or post office box to receive items? I want to send you some burl wood for knife scales.
Steven West yeah they just need to be tempered a bit longer to make them even more springy
Really liked your video but the music is little to loud . For me it took away from what was going on.
Why the water on the anvil?
To blast the scale off
Wait till that hair gets caught in that belt sander
My friend would like to make me a knife for me
now cook some food using that knife
And make me a sandwich!🤔
Gorgeous knife, beautiful handle, love your work. BTW the link to your FB page isn't working, it should point to facebook.com/floris.postmes. Thanks again for all your hard work!
Cut the music
I myself would appreciate less music and more commentary also more of the process.
Sorry dude couldn’t watch this to the end because of that fucking awful background music/noise
I think it would be better without the gay music
