Buti pa sa inyo maliit ang ratio. Sa SG 1:12 indoor. And 1:9 kapag lalabas outdoor to do an activity. And I am handling ages 1-2 and 2-3 years old.

Not really po. They can understand even wrong grammar po haahha basta understandable po.

Wala naman po masyado basta working towards Cert 3/Diploma in ECEC all goods na po. sa ibang manager not necesarry naman po yung prev jobs mo

expensive po ata kahit saan hahaha pero kaya naman po di naman super kamahal yung mga foods. ang transpo discounted naman po tayo kasi student. madalas din po magsale sa mga grocery stores kaya kaya naman po hehe

Hi. I only work 22.5 hours per week with low hour rate, nasusurvive ko naman po. Minsan may sideline po pag weekend.

Yes po everyday po interaction sa parents during drop off and specially pag pick up po since iaask nila kumusta araw ng bata hehe mababait naman po mga parent, wala pa naman po ako naeexperience na racist na parent. Or dahil super diverse din po sa workplace namin :)

Lunch cover po pero short time lang po yun usually 9-2pm or 9-3pm. Tapos 10-15mins lang break nyo.
