They're saying it was a possible radio communications issue because Secret Service is on a different encryption level than standard law enforcement. Normally there are procedures in place for inter-agency communications and they're investigating what happened and why.

Around minute eight of this video, and again on around minute 28 there’s a man that stands up, giving his back to the stage and raises his arms and starts waving them in a cross manner, what I interpret as either “abort” or “cancel” or maybe.”I’m here”, like when someone would wave to a team of rescuers. I wonder, who this man was and why he was frantically waving. I don’t want to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but no stone should be left unturned, if I was a Secret Service boss, I would try to find that gentleman an ask him a few questions. In this video, you’ll be able to see only his hands on the inferior left third of the screen. I saw him from the waist up in another video, I believe from ABC.

@@Outside_the_Books I believe it was on an ABC video that they show him from the waist up, he’s wearing a MAGA hat and red MAGA shirt, and dark shades, on the rest of the videos, you only see the hands at the left third, bottom of the screen. Very weird, it was like signaling to a second shooter to abort.
@@Outside_the_Books you won’t see either one in this video, but I saw him from the waist up in a different one. He’s probably in his 40’s, dark hair, dark shades, red MAGA hat, red MAGA T-shirt, blue jeans. In this video, you’ll only see the hands.

There’s got to be video surveillance somewhere of this guy entering the building. The question is, did he access the rooftop from outside or from inside the building? What kind of building is that? Is it a business? It it a warehouse? Unless you tell me this is going to turn like the Pentagon on Sep 11, that there’s no surveillance video of the attack in one of the most surveilled buildings in the world, just saying.
