72 hole challenge in St Andrews - Round 2 // The Eden Course

- Welcome to CGgolfs! We're Cam & Georgina, a golfing couple living in St Andrews 🏴
We set out to take part in The Big Golf Race for Prostate Cancer UK in late June 2024. We chose to do this challenge on our doorstep in The Home of Golf over the Strathtyrum, Eden, Jubilee and Old Courses.
We were playing in a greensomes format to allow us to film each and every shot of the 72 holes and this video is the 2nd of the 4 rounds. After finishing 3 under par on the Strathtyrum in round 1, we wanted to keep momentum going out on the Eden.

1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer. It is not always life-threatening, but when it is, the earlier you catch it the more likely it is to be cured. If you’re over 50, or you’re black, or your dad or brother had it, you’re at even higher risk.

oh amazing! how did you find the courses? were wanting to head back to both of them tbh, we really enjoyed them😊 so glad the videos helped! we had no idea where we were going on some of the holes, could have done with watching someone else’s course vlogs beforehand😆
Loved them both but Cullen is special so quirky and so much fun .. really enjoyed dufftown as well

That was a fun round. "Better than Rory", he won't like that 😅. The ball that dropped after a decade. Hole 12 "my best ball" 😂. The drive on 16. Chilling on the fairway (4-ball ahead of you?) ⛳. Really enjoyable video and you both have such a fluent swing. Oh and I wish I could putt like G 😢 . Great challenge playing 72, I would even struggle to simply walk the distance...
Thank you Ron! We really enjoyed this round :) I honestly still can't believe that ball went in hahaha. Yes it was a 4-ball ahead, they offered to let us go through but they had a couple more 4-balls in front so we just stayed where we were. It was nice just to sit down for a little bit though so we didn't mind 😂 Putting was hot this day! We were ok on the actual day, it was the next day we really felt it 😅
I wish I could putt like G too. Hopefully Rory doesn’t see my comment 😬
You did well on those greens. They really are so poor just now on the Eden 🙈
@@steviehutch9681 hahahah yes unfortunately you are correct! The Eden seems to have struggled recently with its greens. We were mega impressed with the Strath though, they felt luxury in comparison 😆
