Start now that is the most important thing and try to stick to deadlines. Keeping a to-do list with 4-5 things i wanted to achieve helped me as well.

Last 6 months especially and see which topics are causing you trouble
I am not able to read whole passage as those are boring snd even my vocab is very poor therefore it took me half an hour to complete one passage
you need to focus more and try to increase you reading speed.perhaps time yourself?
