    One of the greatest ever, his solos are beautifully melodic, virtuostic masterpieces. He is still waaay underated in the history of jazz saxophone..

      It's true. I don't think I've heard anything less than an excellent solo from Sonny Stitt -- they are seemingly always spot on in ideas and melodic lines and technique and appealing musicality. His consistency, year after year, was remarkable.

    Hey, you should pay more attention to spelling. Using only sharps may make sense to you, but for me, it was really confusing to read along to this and see things like A# written over G minor 7 which has a B-flat, not an a sharp. I think other musicians who read a lot of chords would say the same

    He didn’t play Bm7b5 - E7b9. He played it as a major ii-V every time. The chord symbols should reflect that.
