Phil Heath wouldn’t have finished top 10 in the 90’s and it’s declined ever since. Let’s put last years Olympia winner Derek Lunsford up against someone like Mike Matarazzo who never finished top 5 in the 90’s…. I mean, please. 😂
I highly, highly, highly disagree, Mike Matarazzo looks like a schoolboy next to Derek. Taller yes, but not great bodypart. Everything solid. Derek hast way more X taper, waaaay better back. Hams, glutes, Lats.
Phil Heath would have won against Yates. Very sure.
@@overcome.podcast I was sceptical about your knowledge from the start but the call about Heath over Yates cemented it.
@@npd6225 pk, then tell me how Yates wins against Heath.Symmetry? Size? Proportions? Conditioning ? I dont think you could get more peeled than Phil always was. And on the first aspects Phil wins , at least in his earlier titels..same with Dorian , he got worse for the last two at least.

@@npd6225 as I said , not in the last years, and that is why he lost against Rhoden. A 2011-2013 Phil Heath would not be beat by anyone in the 90s
