I buy Plarail Advance compatible track. Hence, Plarail & Plarail Advance trains can operate using the same track. (Compatibility. Speed is a different, less important factor. By no means saying the 2 series should be the same speed. The different speeds are a good thing.)
how to put batterieson these trains and what battery do they run on. there is a black mr. motorman shown on youtube i would like to know what is the shape of the reciever
the black unit can control any AA ones up to 4 trains with 4 receivers. the blue can control 1 train at a c cell while the green unit can control a c cell with up to 4 locomotives with 4 receivers.

They run really well, going to have to get some of the advance
I like the advance they leave a lot of track space

Plarail Advance use a single AAA battery in a centre carriage.
Like how the Advance can fit 2 trains on 1 track, but the size makes it unusable for my movie set which consists of lego people
I have 2 plarail advance they are only shinkansens
wow. that trackmaster advanced train is huge compared to the smaller 2.
I've seen Mr Motorman videos but I don't know much about it. The receiver on the Mr Motorman I've seen appear to be the same size as a C battery.
