I feel the same way. Possibly worse. I'm alone 24/7 & have been in poverty for my whole life. Recently turned 33. The only family I have are my parents----they're mental, elderly & awkward. I resent them for bringing me into this world of slavery. I suck at capitalism. My waking existence is suffering. Being alone so much gets really freaky and scary. It feels so wrong. I'm just too scared to end my life. Scrolling on my phone & smoking cigarettes & laying in bed for most of the day is how I'm coping.

Don't give up, there is always a way to find some hope in this world. I hope My videos can help You feel less alone because I know how devastating it can be. enjoy what You still can whatever it is and that will help keep You going. Life is not meant to be easy, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try to enjoy it to the fullest. screw society, do what You want to do and is meaningful to You and the rest will come.

I can tell you from what I observe and have noticed over the years is that society is becoming more of a woman's world. I say this because many opportunities now are geared towards technology and not manual work for educated people. At 61 I am coming to the twighlight era of my life. Before 30 years ago I was already a veteran of the Marine Corps active duty and a veteran of the Navy reserves. I also worled many jobs that were physical in nature. Most of my friends did the same and we hung out drank beer and chilled out together. The economy and social media has created a generation of lost people imo. Too much disciraction and little direction. I needed a chance for all the opportunities in my life and they didn't entail sitting at home, in a room on a computer. My heart goes out to you but it is what it is now. It is what it is. Best to you man.,

Brother... You put words to what I feel so well... Thank you.
I can see and feel how hard you fighting and if you're anything like me, you just want to be HELD for a bit (or a few days 😕) if I were there I would do that for you brother... We all need it and we all deserve it.
Your family dynamic and your "friend" structure are just like mine... It's so hard doing it alone... But, God! You're so brave and so strong and I'm so grateful to you for sharing... You matter and you make a difference for just showing up.
I'm really happy to chat with you, I'm old enough to be your Dad and I used to work with young people who lived through neglect before my breakdown and i have been tackling it from many different directions for many years. I might be able to share what I've learned or we can just shit-talk life for a bit.
I'll leave it up to you, no pressure... But thank you for showing up and just being you... You're doing important work for all of us 🙏

God bless you man and keep fighting. Life throws storms at you constantly, but they do come and go, things change as we age, it can take decades sometimes for changes to come about but they always do. You have to persevere, and get away from toxic things and toxic behaviors...this all helps. Trust your gut and it is OK to be angry with people and with family, that is normal and natural. You get stronger with time also, and right behavior. Focusing on yourself and what is best for you is usually the only thing that helps. God bless and take care, you'll get through it man

Hey, I can totally relate to you
My father passed away when I was 2, I don't remember anything about him, honestly thought I was OK until recently that I felt like I needed a role model, someone to give me courage to move forward in life.
I started talking to myself, I said hey you didn't have a father and that's unfair, but life isn't always fair, I (older me) will take care of you (inner child) to the best of my ability and that may never be enough to fill the void but we'll be OK.
And for the first time in 23 years I actually mourned the death of my father and felt like I could lay his memory(or lack thereof) to rest.
I also chose a role model, someone who I could relate to personally and professionally and that has helped a lot.
Hope you heal from this, I'm rooting for you and I'd totally hang out with u irl ❤

Hi 👋 i identify with you . I remember feeling very lonely in my youth. I spent my youth in the 1970s. It was also hard for me coming to terms with being gay. Back then people were very homophobic. People are alot more open minded nowadays. I had difficulties with my father too. Im 64 now. My life is so much better. I had an issue with drinking in my life , after being brutally assaulted in a robbery. I received serious head injuries. I started drinking alcohol to deal with the pain. To cut a long story short i hit a rock bottom and cried out to the lord please help me. I have 8 years of sobriety this year. I I have handed my life over to the lord. I have peace of mind and i feel loved by the lord. I dont feel empty anymore. Not everyone is judging you. The lord wants a relationship with you😮 and he will not judge you. I have repented for my sinful past. He has wiped my slate clean. He has helped me in other areas in my life. It works for me. When i was drinking i was an atheist. Believe me , my life is much better and more manageable. You could start by accepting things as they are , start doing things that you feel are right for you. You are responsible for your own happiness. Take care from Carl.

The money focus is very much an American thing. If you have budget, try and get away for a bit. The south of France is a good option, it's healing, and you can inbibe and absorb an older, different culture thar has a healthier attitude to money, status and life.
It opens you up and shows you that what you imagine is the world, is not the world.
Depression sucks. But on the positive side, you speak beautifully with a good accent and vocabulary.
You are also more handsome than most, with a sensitivity that is both rare and attractive. Unfortunately, that sensitivity can also make you prone to introspection and depression.
Be kind and forgiving to yourself, don't burn bridges with your father, just learn to avoid the subjects you disagree on.
Don't self medicate, stay focused on being the best you can be.

You're a young man in your early twenties? I was alone alot like you when I was that age too, and I still am, but its by my own choice right now.
Anyway if you wanna break the curse of being alone you have to start becoming active and doing stuff you are interested in. And if there's nothing you're interested in you should start working out regularly. Because you will start feeling more positive and you will start to attract other people and your confidence will be boosted.
Another thing is you should stop doing bad habits like junk food, watch porn and video games and stuff. My best times in life has been when i've had good discipline and just kept working on myself and avoided the quick fixes. This is when everything else comes like girls and stuff.

As shit as it sounds to hear you're a guy in your mid to late 20s. Even if people see you falling apart no ones going to come and rescue you because at the end of the day your happiness is your responsibility you are an Adult now. The best advice I got from my Dad when I was in my early 20s falling apart was to just pull it together, don't sit in the house all day, get a job and be out in the world.

@@InfinitusYT literally hundreds of articles over the course of a year that I’ll never be able to source or remember, it’s a statement from experience and the culmination of all the painstaking research I did.
That’s how I cured my depression, alongside other things like career fulfillment, exercise, hydration, dha, etc (the list goes on). Magnesium and vitamin D, vitamins b12 and b6. Calcium, zinc, these are all key nutrients and minerals that the brain needs to stop itself from experiencing anxiety, and anxiety leads to negative thoughts and negative thoughts lead to depression. I doubt you are getting all these extremely important things into your brain everyday and in the right quantities. Also… you’re the one that’s asking for help don’t know why you’re trying to contest me. Unless you’re born with “happiness” genes you’re susceptible to the same consequences of nutritional deficiency like me and everyone else. Also, again, I can’t stress fulfillment enough, for me that came in the form of a dream/career. And yes I know, everyone is physiologically different but not THAT different, we all require a baseline level of human maintenance

@@InfinitusYT I came here to say exactly this. I was also very depressed in my teens and 20s. I was an energetic black hole and had a hard time in relationships because I didn't have the energy to really be or express myself and connect with others, I could only be an energy drain. What helped me was switching to a high fat, mostly raw, animal based diet. Your brain is mostly fat, your whole body but especially your nervous system needs raw animal fats and proteins. (Cooked/pasteurized fats swell and don't absorb into your cells as easily.) If I could say anything to the 25 year old me at rock bottom I would say to eat as much raw butter and raw fish as possible to start, and to generally focus on gaining physical vitality. The primary role of the father is to provide physical necessities to his children; you can begin your self-fathering journey by focusing on providing the physical necessities to your body to develop into a creative/radiant being rather than a consumptive/draining one. Once you start gaining momentum in strengthening your nervous system you will naturally start feeling better, even in solitude, coming up with creative solutions to your problems, attracting opportunities and people. Highly recommend reading We Want to Live by Aajonus Vonderplanitz. It's entertaining, informative and a quick read. You can DM me on IG (same @) and i'm happy to send you the PDF if you can't find it. It changed my life and I hope it will change yours too

I'm halfway through and I haven't heard you take any responsibility for your situation. It seems that you think it's everyone else's fault. Your life is what you make it. If you want to have a friend, then be a friend.

@@Wonderman62 I'm responding to what I see in this video. You're right, I don't have the back story. However, I stand by my observations. Everyone else is being blamed, but the responsibility of the happiness of one's life lands in the lap of the individual, nobody else.
If you want a friend, all you have to do is be a friend. It's really that simple.
Yeah, it takes some effort. I guess when we get tired enough of our loneliness, that's when we take steps toward change.

Lately been exploring with mediation..Vipassana and mindful breathing and body work and experience with plus casual sense of spiritual and eco village community ..it's been a great help..here in Europe( Italy ) its fairly popular...and free of cost...given that you are willing to make effort and work on your health..
So hope you can explore this aspect of collective spiritual wealth and the world ..
