      Contrary to what some people say on the internet, I felt safe exploring Cartagena alone, even at nights. Yes you do get street vendors trying to sell you stuff all the time but none of them were threatening in anyway.

    Great video! Thank you for sharing.
    I've heard Isla Rosario and Isla Baru a very crowded. Did you find that to be the case? I know that's a big tourist spot.
    Have you heard of Palmarito Beach, which is not as far as Rosario or Baru.
    Thanks in advance for your work.

    Omg the boat situation! It brings memories of almost missing a boat in one of my trips. I can imagine the rush!
    And wow at those pesky but hustling vendors. But they make it hard to enjoy some sites no?
    Ok…if boca grande is like miami, well then it’s convincing. Waking up to that is beautiful, and if it does have that windy weather to cover the heat well… 🤩
    Wow getsemani is so colorful. I would love to walk through there and feel the impact that those vivid colors have on one’s spirit!
    Oh and the editing -the transitons and hooks to get us listening 🪝 👌

    I’m going to Cartagena in three weeks.. how do you move around ? How do you get taxis there?? I read not to take just any taxi to try to be safe.. could you please tell me what transportation u used?

    • @feieverywhere
      @feieverywhere  Год назад +1

      download cabify and didi on your phone. Use those ride apps to get around. I wouldn't recommend taking a random taxi on the street.

    • @feieverywhere
      @feieverywhere  Год назад +1

      at airport you can take airport taxi, it's alot more expensive than using cabify and didi but you also don't have to spend hours looking for your driver

      @@millainemillaine2898 If you want a beach in Colombia, go to Playa Cristal in Taganga near Santa Marta, enter the Tayrona park and do the walk until you find the beach, go to playa tranquila in Baru, go to San Andrés and Providencia islands, near Tolú and Coveñas there is the archipiélago de San Bernardo with Mucura island being the most famous, also in the Guajira peninsula there are good beaches and at the Pacific in Capurganá and Nuquí but I would go there with a tour because it is safer

    Best thing to do is not go! They need to work on the tourism game! Can’t enjoy anything with vendors literally harassing you every 5 feet you walk. Harassing to the actual point of threatening you! I don’t understand, every Colombian I’ve had the pleasure of knowing has
    Been nothing bit extremely friendly here in the USA. Honestly horrible trash people over in the tourist areas of Cartagena, fake friendly and will try to screw you out of all your money. I know my recent experience was not the true people of Colombia and I wish the country would put restrictions allowing this BS to go on over there. This is Bad for Tourism and a bad representation of Colombia in general. This is a one and done destination.
