They have some really delicious foods in some of those restaurants and so beautifully presented too. Always amazed at what great shape you stay in for eating all those goodies:)
Hi Lili :) Well, you know we love to walk a lot, so that really helps burn off some of the calories I'm sure. Also, we eat quite healthy for most of the meals that we prepare at home (in our Airbnbs). But we sure love to find beautiful restaurants and patios, and some great presentations of food! Do you have any trips to Toronto planned for this summer? If so, we'd love to meet up as it's been a long time :)

Hi Rick! Well Mike usually works out in the morning for a while, but sad to say that I don't lol. The one thing that I think really helps is, that we try to walk a lot, and usually aim for at least 10 kilometres a day. We also quite often bring home leftovers from the restaurants that we eat at. Most of our meals are eaten at home (in our Airbnbs) and are usually quite healthy. Thank you for watching and be a loyal subscriber, we really appreciate it!!! Cheers from Athens :)
