Hello! I have a question for you. If you use a redox reporter your peak height it should not be lower with the increase of analyte concentration?
(I'm thinking that the redox reporter will have less access to the electrode surface)

You can have a conflicting effect that you change the electrostatic repulsion/attraction between the redox reporter and the electrode, so as you block the electrode you may also change the charge on the electrode and make it easier for the redox reporter to reach the surface, please take a look at this page - www.zimmerpeacocktech.com/2017/05/23/optimizing-sandwich-type-assays/
