Where did you support the engine? Can you give a details about it? I'm afraid to support from the oil pan I think you should support ,I read at repair manual
When removing the engine mounts, i didn't have to support the engine from the bottom as everytime i removed one mount, there is 3 other mounts holding the engine up. That said, when I am installing a new mount, i have to jack the engine up a bit in order to fit the mount in. The location where I jack varies for each mount. I did remember i jack it up at the pan as well, but i used some cardboard i have to cushion the pan and jack. Never jack using jack to pan direct as you will dent or puncture a hole into the pan.
@@TCsAnythingGoes According to repair manual it's must to support, but anyway where did you support(or just Jack in order to fit) the transsmition mount?
If you are removing 2 mounts at the same time, I will say its a MUST to support. But since I am removing only 1 at a time, the engine is still held up by 3 mounts. Not that its the safest way, but it works. When installing the mounts, I jack the engine up from the oil pan for the mount at the pulley session. For the gearbox session, i support from the gearbox oil pan. for the other two mounts at the bottom of the engine, i did not need to jack the engine up.

Hi there, first of all a great video on how to change by yourself! My brother's car is also having a similar issue with the vibrations. I already have some tools prepared aside from Jack stands and a hydraulic jack which I think will be essential for changing the mountings underneath. Throughout the video in between cuts...
What problem the meter show “Service required”
If meter shows "Service Required", what picture is it showing at the same time.
I don’t know how to send the picture at you tube
If the picture is showing a spanner, then its most likely time to change your engine oil or the serviceman did not reset your service reminder.
If the picture is showing a gear, then its most likely time to change your CVT oil and filters.
Okok ,, thank you very much
2wd right
Yeap. FWD
link engine mounting?
No link, I purchase direct from someone named Sontuc Auto.
Why does it look like MITSUBISHI LANCER?
Cause Proton Inspira is a rebadge of a Mitsubishi Lancer. Exterior wise, the front and rear bumper design is different.
Aiman, talk only after you learn the difference between clone, rebadge and copycat. You are just making yourself look silly. At least this bro is sharing his knowledge. What has your loyalty to Mitsubishi bring you..... the corporate still sold the design to Proton to rebadge.
