Now they still want to control everything?? There is only 6% difference between the 2 parties. Waste of time. Court can't interfere in politics like that. At best they can say "breach of contract" and therefore the DA has the right to withdraw from the agreement. But in this case the DA does not want to win in a legal court case but court of public opinion.
