Hi. Do you have any idea why my G435 doesn't have any sound on PS5? I connected the dongle then turned on the headphones. It flashed blue. I checked my sound devices and the G435 USB headphones are detected. The volume is raised on my PS5. No sound still. Any advice? Thanks.
I got it already! My problem was the headphones wasn't connected to the dongle. I had to hold the mute button 3 seconds for the headphones to reconnect to the dongle. Thanks for replying!

Just about using it wireless on the Xbox - I'd be really interested if you get that sorted. As far as I know, the Xbox won't work with _any_ "non-Xbox" headsets. Craziness. Can you check if it works on the Switch?
Just got these with ps5 as a bundle. Nice quality but I can hear the ps5 fan while I have these on even at full volume. Insanely quiet, never known a headset like it.

When you change the volume on the headphones does it change on windows pc directly ( volume slider pops up on windows when changing volume) or on the headphones themselves?

hi there, windows 10 pc? are you plugging it into a usb 3.0 or 2.0 port? it reads like its trying to sync with the headset. try holding down the power button for 5 seconds on the headset. also switch your sound output device to headset
my G435 won’t stop flashing and i see it as my input & output device and still can’t get it connected to my ps5. everytime i try to actually connect the accessory it says my ps5 does not support bluetooth audio neither. Please Help
@@jacobhalcrow2917 if you have the dongle inserted into the ps4 usb drive then you are using wireless mode. I think you have microphone feedback too high. Under device settings there should be options to lower the feedback or adjust volume levels

Just got me a pair it’s connecting to my ps5 but I hear no audio if anyone knows how to turn on the audio can they let me know I tried turning them off and on I even tried putting the audio up and down on the headset and on the game but nothing is working it’s like it’s connected but it’s not if that makes sense
Nice one mate. I got the Creative 'Super SX-Fi' headphones a few months back for it's acclaimed spatial audio. Was keen to connect it up to my PS5 (PC too), but It's Bluetooth tech, isn't found by the PS5. I can connect it via 3.5mm to DualSense, but then it's just stereo. I didn't want to have to get the PS5 Pulse for it's wireless 3D audio, so... hmmph! Not tried it for a while... Maybe a PS update will better enable connection of 3rd party peripherals? We can dream. 😎
That's the great thing about this that it has the wireless dongle too which is supported by the console. I'm testing this out cia bluetooth on switch later in the week and will upload a short on it. Thanks for watching

Please confirm in bluetooth settings on ps4 it is set to 'all audio'. If you still cant hear anything return the headset if you cannot hear audio through bluetooth. This should be working fine..if not it's faulty

Ive had this headset for ages works great but now from yesterday i turn it on i still heat the sound of it turning on but im getting no sound from my ps5
Mine is not working on pc. tried changing the ports for the dongle. Turned on my headset to green then after the green light it will turn to blue and blinking. checked pc settings it detects it and transferred the sound to the headset and mic but both not working. It works fine for ipad and phone. So maybe the dongle is broken?
@@Heaaaps My PC does not have bluetooth so I only use Mouse and keyboards with dongle and it is usually plug and play but this headset is not the same. Still can’t figure out why it isn’t working.

@@camrobinson5038 im guessing u cant switch them over to connect to the little plug in thing (im not good with tech 😂). the instructions are misleading but what u do is just hold the mic button down for a few seconds until the light is a slowish flicker of cyan. then make sure the sound is up on the console or pc and u should be set. if not then i can send u a vid on insta or something showing u
@@kadzdagoat disconnect usb dongle, power off headset do a full power cycle of ps5. Power back up reconnect usb turn on headset and go to audio settings and confirm.volume levels
Ok they work on my PS5 and even after changing in the settings to auto switch output devices when i turn them off it wont switch to my soundbar. To fix I have to un plug tbe dongle has anyone else ran into this and have found a fix for it?

@@gx_fire3395 return it as faulty. This should work pretty much out of the box via the dongle on windows 10 once you connect tona USB 2.0 or above port

Hi there, you dont need to use the dongle on Switch. Just use the headset in bluetooth mode and pair the headset with your switch

Try re syncing the headset. Also remove any other bluetooth devices in your pc to rule out any conflicts

Depends on what you mean by off. You could have it connected with bothtbeh wireless receiver and the dongle. Turn off both

@@kadzdagoat disconnect usb dongle, power off headset do a full power cycle of ps5. Power back up reconnect usb turn on headset and go to audio settings and confirm.volume levels

Have you tried adjusting both the headset and within the audio options on the ps5 sound settings?

Yes, on computer i use the wireless usb(dongle). Sometimes work with a lot of noise. I am going to contact the store

Ok they work on my PS5 and even after changing in the settings to auto switch output devices when i turn them off it wont switch to my soundbar. To fix I have to un plug tbe dongle has anyone else ran into this and have found a fix for it?

hold the mute button 3 seconds for the headphones to reconnect to the dongle. Also make sure in ps5 sounds settings bluetooth is enabled to all audio

@@Heaaaps I'm connecting to a windows 10 pc every time I connect Bluetooth it connects has no sound and randomly disconnects. And if I try the USB it still doesn't work. But on my laptop with Bluetooth or phone or any other device it doesn't work
@@gx_fire3395 return it as faulty. This should work pretty much out of the box via the dongle on windows 10 once you connect tona USB 2.0 or above port
