So disappointing that we're losing Tom Sawyer Island and the Liberty Belle - two true hidden gems that added so much depth and atmosphere to Frontierland
The memories of walking through Frontierland with the smell of pretzels and turkey legs in air with the screams of people on Splash (R.I.P) and Big Thunder Mountains. This does bring back some good family memories of mine during the before days😭😭

The one where you have clementine (15:05) is not clementine it's "On Top of Old Smokey." If you want the name of the song from Buster Scruggs at 24:03 it's "Cool Water," check out the Marty Robbins version! The one where you have "Three Caballeros" (31:38) is actually "Deep in the Heart of Texas." 31:38 is "Bury me Not on the Old Prairie" 54:51 is "Back in the Saddle Again" The one after "Yellow Rose of Texas" I couldn't think of but it sounds really familiar. Maybe just because I love Frontierland and I've been there a bit. They might have composed a little musical interlude in the middle of the loop that isn't an actual old western song. - Sincerely, a 19 year old country & western fan ;)
51:36 is _Back in the Saddle Again..._ the Gene Autry version, not the Aerosmith one. 29:02 is _Carry Me Back to the Lone Prairie_ again, by Gene Autry.
Hearing this music as the sun finally sets near the rocking chairs just stopping to take the moment in. Thank you this brings me back to my CM days when I’d go sit there to just unwind and take in the sensory overload of smells and sounds.
Nostalgia overload! I've been to Disney so many times and never really tried to learn this loop until now.... I remember hearing "Deep in the Heart of Texas" last trip. Made me very happy
Same! FL and Liberty Square offer a much more nostalgiac Disney feeling compared to any other sections of the park. Especially Tom Sawyer island, it feels more like classic Disney of the 70's - 80's than anywhere else. Great for the fans of classic Disney, and now they're taking it away.
I appreciate this without ads disturbing the magic SO much. Most of these have so many ads, you can't even enjoy the ambience without constantly having to skip. Thank you for this experience. During these tough times, it really made me feel better. Well wishes to you. ❤️ New subscriber here!
Totally agree. I’ll listen to these while taking a shower or going to bed and hearing an ad come on is so annoying. I’m not paying for premium, but having to skip while half asleep or soaking wet is frustrating.
you prolly dont care at all but does anyone know a trick to log back into an instagram account?? I stupidly lost my account password. I would love any tips you can offer me.
@Luka Larry i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm trying it out atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
This is one of the best places in the world to be at dusk. If it’s 2pm, This music alone just sounds like it’s scorching hot and you are gonna have a heat stroke as you dodge and sift through hordes of people while sweat rolls down your back.
Looking forward to visiting Disney World in 2025 for the very first time 🥰🥰 Frontier and Adventure Land will probably be my absolute favourites to visit and one of them has the iconic Haunted Mansion ride 😌 Saving up 3 years worth of allowance is going to be insane but worth it!! 🙏🏼
Pretty sure you will really love the experience. It's a wonderful place to forget the real world for a while and really REALLY smile. Always does for me everytime I can get to go. Enjoy!
Frontierland is Disney Park's margarita earth due to themes of Mexico and ex-Mexico US southern-western states like Texas, New Mexico, Utah and Arizona where these states are often hold margarita festivals.
I can't believe Tiana is going to be in Frontierland, why not have her in Fantasyland? Edit: if the Splash Mountain in Frontierland really had to be replaced, it should have replaced by something western like home on the range
eh, all the other stuff about the change aside, it had a good run. A lot of rides didn't have as long a run as splash mountain. At least princess and the frog is a decent replacement. Not like us in California getting our poor tower of terror desecrated.
Love this so much! It will be a really sad day if they decide to change out the entire land and turn it into a New Orleans square to match the theming for the Tiana ride. Edit from 2024: Gross, they're removing the Rivers of America and Tom Sawyer Island 👎
I love em too! Frontierland is a little too far away from us to visit, but as a compromise, i put this video on at home and bore my partner with the names of the songs anyway
The only Critter Country being a margarita earth is Tokyo Disneyland's while California's Critter Country is themed to many northern wildlife from any of the northern sides of the world like forests, partially British woods (where 100 acres woods of Winnie the Pooh is based on) and bayous of the US represented by Splash Mountain area.
The Old South US states are Texas, Arizona, Mississippi (Tom Sawyer) and the New Mexico, as well as a little Georgia for Splash Mountain tracks (where Song of the South is based on).
@@ised-5239 Indeed. I'd say Disneyland's Frontier land resembles traditional western better. And it also includes Utah with Bryce canyon inspired Big Thunder. With five national parks, we've got a good monopoly on cool western landscapes 😁
