You saved me about $4500 on a new printer with this video!! IPF780 was showing 03800500-2F40 error code, and printhead and maintenance cartridge errors. I replaced the printhead and maintenance cartridge first which did nothing. Black ink tubes were completely empty from the ink cartridges. I read that the 2F40 error could mean a bad purge unit. Ordered a new one from Ebay and installed it in about 15 minutes thanks to this video. I really could not have done it without this. I used a tiny jewler flathead screwdriver to push the tiny barbs that hold the wire connectors together. In one instance I stuck it in between the two connectors and the seam and gently pryed it loose. I was sweating a bit because these wires and connectors are fairly delicate. Thanks so much again!!
