Son sent me 5 of these. And yes I have a lot of doors. Had someone wiggle through a basement window and come up through the basement door but the doorstop came with no instructions in any of the boxes.. There a lever to press but nothing happens. Pushed and pulled on both ends and nothing moves. What am I doing wrong? To start which end is suppose to come up?
