In this portion of the film we are led to think the woman is running away from a predator when in actuality she is playing the game she planned all along and enjoying the twisted love that the undead has for her. She toys with his undying love for her by pretending to be in distress which hails him from the earth to save her...Once she is satisfied with toying with his heart...she then proceeds to kill him once again...only to wait to play her game again and again when he comes back to life.
...a man in a self-destructive love fated to die trying to save his love...over and over...
Caution: for a change of pace and and having worked with Shawn Welling's imagery on this one....much of the story progression has holes and questions to be answered. so instead of giving away a simple storyline we let the audience decide the complexities of the situation.... :)

My ultimate Goal with this story was to provoke thought and arose suspicion so In my edit i wanted to leave the details of the two main characters relationship more ambiguous but obviously ominous and twisted. The lines of right and wrong are skewed when we see that innocence doesn't always walk side by side with beauty....
*For Fun i left a couple editing/filming mistakes as a scavenger hunts for those who are bored!

When Phillip dances, you see it as an art form, like dance should be seen.
I like how he can tie his style into any kind of music or even mood as dark as this.
This is why he is my favorite dancer.
WOW!! So ridiculously amazing! It amazes me how people can create such wonderfully intriguing concepts this gave me chills. The view through the camera and the angles made the whole thing come together!!! This was hot great job!!!!
The cinematography in this is just brilliant and I love the plot twist. A grade work to all involved.

Wow...that was intense! Can't wait for more! =D Love dancing being used as a story teller.
First off, huge fan of the Pacman, since S.Y.T.Y.C.D. He's grown exponentially, I gotta admit I wasn't feeling it, until I read the story. Excellent story danced with genuine emotion. I didn't know what was going on at first, but now, one of my new favs.

ok i know this sounds weird but to me it seems like a cat and mouse chase she wants him to find and chase her,until he catches her and lets her go cuz he loves her.. then she kills him again [so to speak] and the chase starts all over again.. this is an incredibly wicked video, with an amazing concept and outstanding choreography. phillip u r one unique man definitly one of a kind one in a million.. much love for you:) monica

the girl in the background that u guys say is a "mistake" at 2:39 and 3:10 is the same girl taking pictures at the vary end...

What a beautiful masterpiece they have created. Having that whole scary setting and tone of the video, then you add on great choreography is just pure "awesomeness". But let me get this straight, so she failed on the attempt of burying you so she tied herself up and played the victim? Then, she failed once again..so are you just going to keep chasing her? I'm just as dumbfounded as ever. But nonetheless, still amazing. Now I'm excited to see the next part.

In any case, you are a fantastic dancer, a bit postmodern, as one could put it, but I can definitely enjoy the dance that went into this video. I also really like the music you used, very fitting for the mood of the video. But I might be totally wrong. The video sort of brainbanged me, I suppose?

I think at 3:10-3:12 they had to move the girl from the little room to allow the camera person to go in it to film his dancing from her point of view in the little room, but they possibly failed to realized that she was in the shot. She should have stood out of the shot while they filmed that section. That's just my idea though. (:

So many ideas can be spawned from this, could have been the very hopes of the girl who wishes the man to be alive again, but they're not necessarily lovers. Could have been a relationship based on blood lust, he could be a zombie, time can go in reverse, there are dolphins in the attic. I am your father. But yeah, generally, I'm dumbfounded, there was not much emphasis on the dance itself but the concepts are amazing. :)
