Hi Jason. A very good presentation. I have been using the same long mast antenna for almost 20 years now in Florida USA and have made thousands of contacts around the world on 100w or less.
Thanks for the great feedback Dan I’ve used it on a couple of occasions out in the field, but had no DX as yet, hope to get out with again soon. 73s Jason
Operated off a buddipole from my QTH for quite some time, a nice setup on 2m and 20m - it works well, but its just a little bit fragile and fiddly bits in it, but that is a lovely purchase you have there.
Thanks for the video. I have the same model of Buddipole. I took it on holiday to the Philippines three years ago. I am going to configure it for 6m and see how well it works. The biggest problem is the rain!

I got a very good deal on the purchase, I feel a little guilty not 😀, exposure to rain on the coils can be an issue. More videos to post soon 👍.
Looks to be made well.

I agree, not ideal for wet weather,
What a bargain you have £750 pounds worth there.
I have the same version all bands easy to tune in the diapole setup apart from 40M but you have the longer whips so should be okay.
