    Had some left over chimichurri for some rib eye and tried it on a grilled true cod fillet.We were surprised how well it went with fish and will be doing it in the future,but not this recipe,it`s kinda busy and is more like a salsa than chimichurri.

    How long can you store this in the fridge?

      Up to a week if you use fresh spices

      Certainly a week, if refrigerated right after making. I have read that some people freeze it up to 3 months, but I have not done so, myself.

      Hi, im from Argentina.. if you let the sauce in a glass recipe whit a cork and covered whith the olive oil in the fridge, you can store it for months, and gets better whit time! Nice to see this type of videos showing our food culture!

    I can't having peanut oil, leave it out, substitute or move on?

      You can either just use all olive oil or substitute vegetable oil for the peanut.

    I don’t think Latin America would agree with “Greek oregano”... 😳
