    Just to clarify, I'm in no way "finished" and will never be HOWEVER there are definitely times in life where we break through old patterns permanently. I still have days where I struggle to sleep and all that. I just feel like I'm in a whole new space right now and I wanted to share that with you.

    I was depressed for over 3 years, I found out it’s all mental and depression is just the comfort zone!
    I got out and I’m happy and now I’m about to do castings for modeling and Netflix :)
    You have to do the uncomfortable to be comfortable, don’t let your mind take control of you. Is not hard to get out depression aka comfort zone, you just gotta do the uncomfortable.

    I found you through looking into Peter Pan syndrome and it sounds to me that what you did all those months before was create mommies for yourself through seeking validation. I’ve totally done the same thing! Glad to hear you got over it

    Also, I'm totally about to read that book you recommended. One book that really helped me activate and integrate masculine energy is Way of The Superior Man. Thanks for sharing!

    The sleep thing is SO hard because a lot of times our quality of sleep is completely out of our control. And the world doesn’t just stop because we’re sleep deprived. We still have to get up and work and function.

    hey man i am a new subscriber, i watched 2 or 3 of your videos and love them. just want to point you towards something, apparently long time use of coffee can cause depression. some food for thoughts. basically i've been drinking coffee for 20 years and i recently have a streak of 44 days with no coffee. instead I'm drinking teecino herbal tea which tastes almost like coffee. coffe only cause stress, it does not wake you up. it took me a long time to figure this out because i love the taste of coffee. keep up the awesome personal development videos.

    Hi Oli, really good to hear you're doing so well and have the confidence to film a fantastic video like this. Just one thing that's bothered me is about 5 minutes in you talk about feminine and masculine qualities and emphasise that you're straight (cis) male. Just worthwhile pointing out that being gay doesn't make you any more less masculine or feminine then any straight bloke. Sexual orientation and gender identity are separate things. There's also nothing inherently wrong with anyone presenting what could be seen as typical masc or fem characteristics whatever your gender as long as they are happy and content.

      I agree!
      Although most gay guys I've met have a kind of feminine energy there are also those who are more masculine than me 😂

      I'm not against anyone being gay, despite how it might have come across. I don't care one way or the other what your sexual orientation is and there's absolutely nothing wrong with you for being gay.
      I also don't appreciate being accused of "degrading gay guys".
      If you're going to throw accusations like that around, please unsubscribe.

    I came up with this coffee blend yesterday: 3 tablespoon ground coffee 1 pinch ground ginger 1 pinch ground nutmeg 1 pinch ground anise seed a tiny bit of black pepper a tiny bit of salt to enhance the flavors you mix it all up oh 1 mug of water I made it as iced latte. Try it and let me know what you think 💗 btw the craving porn part made me lol! I love your honesty

    For me i had to change my lifestyle , get sober quit stimulants , doing an animal based diet etc respecting your body is paramount too i did these exact same things !!!!

    I thought I had depression under control by healing my gut with whole milk kefir. For 5 months I improved, but NOW THE BLACK DOG IS BACK 🤨
    So I am listening to what you did! I hope I can get better.
