I have had breast cancer , I had to have urgent CT scan to rule out secondary on my spine ( Pain but it’s a nerve problem ) I took her death so so hard , but we all have to die .. … that blonde bombshell left a lot of men with broken hearts but when she died. This ranch reminds me of the same lifestyle ranch she had in the 70s and 80s with the chicken, horses , dogs and cats. I just turned 50 and yes "Grease" was the word!! 😆 I absolutely adored her and have about 3 of her albums, the actual records. it's great. so many great memories of the 70s and 80s. Summer Lovin' and Let's Get Physical, soooo much fun! I was just a little pre-teen! I always thought her and John were madly in love! Now I think Cliff Richard missed his chance he seems to adore her.

Mine too, as a child of the '70's, she very much stood out, perhaps bcuz there was a lot of negativity going around in american society at the time in aftermath of Vietnam, i could definitely feel it, and it was in the music too and youth culture of course. I later realized the actual early and mid 70's music, ie the more experimental music, had a lot of dreariness.

Olivia and my husband were the same age...and died from cancer within a month of each other. He and I were huge Grease fans in the '70's, even had a Grease Halloween and dressed as Danny and Sandy, did a version of their dance at the end of the film for "Solid Gold" TV show in those same Halloween costumes. I am awed by Olivia's strength and courage. Had to wait to watch this when I could handle it...almost. The memories of her, the memories of him are forever entwined. Thank you, Olivia...you made our lives better.

Her songs, specially the clips from the movie Grease take me back to my childhood and the significant cultural impact the movie had on many I personally new. I totally agree that she was a fantastic singer and I will miss her terribly. She sang one of the most epic songs when she performed Hopelessly Devoted To You. But I will remember her duet with John Denver. I think that was her real personality. I'm also glad she doesn't have to battle cancer anymore. By the way, did you ever watch the movie Xanadu?
It's tremendously hard to watch this with dry eyes and not getting choked up. This woman gave all there was to give in God's eyes. I'm convinced of that and he could no longer let her battle , so he lifted her up and showed her heaven. I can usually tell who's had work done.. you see all her wrinkles.. I don't think she's had anything done.. maybe a little bit of lip injection on the upper lip.. but I don't think she's had anything else done on her face honestly

I think it's possible she may have had some sort of a facelift some years ago but I don't think she's had much work done in the past few years because you're seeing a lot of sags and you're seeing wrinkles.. but I think it's possible that in the past 10 or 15 years she did have some kind of a facelift

Indeed, it is SO incredibly sad she is no longer with us, but she is right, she had a beautiful life, and was very loved and fortunate. RIP to a beautiful soul.

I've loved Olivia for as long as I can remember and, to me, everything about her is perfect. From her voice, to her beautiful face, to her caring, wonderful, incredible soul. I'm 57 and I've turned to her music whenever I've been sad, or when I've faced something challenging, but mostly when I've been at my happiest. I've driven people mad over the years going on about her, but I always knew how extraordinarily special she is, and could never understand if other people didn't 'get' it! And she's simply grown more special as the years have gone by. Anybody close to her, and her fans know this. She is amazing. I've only watched a few minutes of the interview so far, because the tears started to stream down my face, and I had to stop. I'm not sure why. I will watch it, of course, but it breaks my heart that she has to deal with this again, as strong as she is. We love you, Olivia.

Beautiful lady with a beautiful soul ♥ I have a friend who went through breast cancer a couple of years ago and used the facilities at the Olivia Newton-John Wellness Centre as she journeyed through her treatment. My friend said that the Centre made a HUGE difference to her not only physically - but emotionally and spiritually - and she was so thankful and grateful for the help it gave to her to push through her treatment. Olivia has made such a difference to so many cancer sufferers and their families and I wish, hope and pray for her to be well and pain-free. ♥♥♥

It's April 2019 and I did not expect to be watching a wonderful interview with Olivia Newton-John because I just happened to hear her sing "Hopelessly Devoted to You." Then a flood of memories overcame me as I listened to her talk about her career, her battle with cancer, her love life, her present status and health conditions. On top of everything and despite everything in her life, she remains optimistic, facing each day with a very good and supportive husband in a home that reminds her of her past home with parents and siblings. I truly see her as an inspiration with a very positive outlook in life. And as a singer, I will always love her because she was there in my early teens and still here in her 70s. May God hear her prayers, and ours, too.
I have been an Olivia fan since I was 5 years old. I've been lucky enough to see her live twice, once very close at the Fox Theater in Detroit. This is so heartbreaking to watch. Nothing but love and positive thoughts sent your way, Olivia!
Olivia was performing at a theater the next night when I was seven or eight driving through Portugal. I couldn't tell my parents we had to stop and spend the night to catch thw show. Decades later, I finally saw her and sent her a card and roses before the show. It was a dream come true. My musical fantasy is to have Olivia sing in one ear, and Ane and Frida sing in the other. They could be 90, and I wouldn't care.

When I was 9 years old my mom took me to see the movie GREASE. I fell in love with 😍livia! I was struck by that voice, as I was just starting to discover I could sing as well. I was a totally devoted fan! Even singing "Have you ever been mellow" in my 8th grade talent show. I was stopped by many people after that performance who in amazement could not believe that this 13 year old girl could sing just like Olivia. To this day I remain a totally devoted fan! I turn 49 on September 26th the same day as my idol Olivia celebrates her 70th birthday! I'm praying for her to celebrate many many more, This year I will add one more candle to my cake and when I make a wish, it will be for her!!

This is so beautiful and still I'm sitting here in tears. I became a fan when I was just seven. In Germany in the early 90s. Nobody even seemed to know her anymore here. I didn't know it back then, but I discovered her pretty much around the time when she was diagnosed for the first time... Internet wasn't a thing back then. I knew nothing about her other than her beautiful voice, her music , her stunning looks and just such a feeling that her beauty wasn't just from the outside but shone very much from the inside. I got to know Grease and Xanadu and just everything else I could, far after its initial fame. She's been an idol and inspiration to me right from the start. She influenced my life in ways I'm sure I don't even know about, yet... Gosh, she's in my heart and I am definitely NOT ready to let her go anytime soon... Stay strong, Olivia! I totally agree that she was a fantastic singer and I will miss her terribly. She sang one of the most epic songs when she performed Hopelessly Devoted To You. But I will remember her duet with John Denver. I think that was her real personality. I'm also glad she doesn't have to battle cancer anymore. By the way, did you ever watch the movie Xanadu?
It's tremendously hard to watch this with dry eyes and not getting choked up. This woman gave all there was to give in God's eyes. I'm convinced of that and he could no longer let her battle , so he lifted her up and showed her heaven.

I think it's possible she may have had some sort of a facelift some years ago but I don't think she's had much work done in the past few years because you're seeing a lot of sags and you're seeing wrinkles.. but I think it's possible that in the past 10 or 15 years she did have some kind of a facelift

Awe, what a beautiful documentary. Olivia is so beautiful in side and out. I am watching this two days (8/10/22) after she passed on 8/8/22. Indeed, it is SO incredibly sad she is no longer with us, but she is right, she had a beautiful life, and was very loved and fortunate. RIP to a beautiful soul.

I've never seen a more beautiful woman than ONJ and her smile was like sunshine. She was so nice too, quite simply an Angel. I've loved Olivia for as long as I can remember and, to me, everything about her is perfect. From her voice, to her beautiful face, to her caring, wonderful, incredible soul. I'm 57 and I've turned to her music whenever I've been sad, or when I've faced something challenging, but mostly when I've been at my happiest. I've driven people mad over the years going on about her, but I always knew how extraordinarily special she is, and could never understand if other people didn't 'get' it! And she's simply grown more special as the years have gone by. Anybody close to her, and her fans know this. She is amazing. I've only watched a few minutes of the interview so far, because the tears started to stream down my face, and I had to stop. I'm not sure why. I will watch it, of course, but it breaks my heart that she has to deal with this again, as strong as she is. We love you, Olivia.

Beautiful lady with a beautiful soul ♥ I have a friend who went through breast cancer a couple of years ago and used the facilities at the Olivia Newton-John Wellness Centre as she journeyed through her treatment. My friend said that the Centre made a HUGE difference to her not only physically - but emotionally and spiritually - and she was so thankful and grateful for the help it gave to her to push through her treatment. Olivia has made such a difference to so many cancer sufferers and their families and I wish, hope and pray for her to be well and pain-free. ♥♥♥

It's April 2019 and I did not expect to be watching a wonderful interview with Olivia Newton-John because I just happened to hear her sing "Hopelessly Devoted to You." Then a flood of memories overcame me as I listened to her talk about her career, her battle with cancer, her love life, her present status and health conditions. On top of everything and despite everything in her life, she remains optimistic, facing each day with a very good and supportive husband in a home that reminds her of her past home with parents and siblings. I truly see her as an inspiration with a very positive outlook in life. And as a singer, I will always love her because she was there in my early teens and still here in her 70s. May God hear her prayers, and ours, too.
I have been an Olivia fan since I was 5 years old. I've been lucky enough to see her live twice, once very close at the Fox Theater in Detroit. This is so heartbreaking to watch. Nothing but love and positive thoughts sent your way, Olivia!
Olivia was performing at a theater the next night when I was seven or eight driving through Portugal. I couldn't tell my parents we had to stop and spend the night to catch thw show. Decades later, I finally saw her and sent her a card and roses before the show. It was a dream come true. My musical fantasy is to have Olivia sing in one ear, and Ane and Frida sing in the other. They could be 90, and I wouldn't care.
A true role model for the world. I've never cried so much watching an interview.

I listened to Olivia as a young girl and always loved her beautiful voice. I thought way back in early 70's just as I think today that Olivia was the closest person that looked and sounded like an angel. Watching this reminded me of her beautiful voice long before Grease. I know they've said that Let's Get Physical was her highest chart-topping song, although I like it, it's one that I probably like the least. She was good to listen to if you just wanted to be calm & listen to a beautiful song. She will be missed.💔😢🙏

However, I' m becoming to accept, understanding the 'why', has been severely overrated. It is also, simply NOT my responsibility to understand 'why' life happens the way it does. I do not need to understand 'why', in order to ACCEPT
the death of those I love. It' s TRUST that gets me through to "Acceptance",---not understanding. You may ask why "TRUST"?

Internet wasn't a thing back then. I knew nothing about her other than her beautiful voice, her music , her stunning looks and just such a feeling that her beauty wasn't just from the outside but shone very much from the inside. I got to know Grease and Xanadu and just everything else I could, far after its initial fame. She's been an idol and inspiration to me right from the start. She influenced my life in ways I'm sure I don't even know about, yet...
