Um sorry we cant have James as captain next season.. this was a really good game till the last 10 mins.. but for real though um starting to see that we actually have a coach now u could see the change in tactics though the game and he is getting the subs spot on.. we are a proper team again and we cant just scrap it and start from scratch.. #Poch_In

What frustrated me is we kept giving the ball back to them. when we went down to 10 men, when we are wining we should strive to retain the ball more just pass pass pass. if we didn't keep giving the ball back to Brighton they would never scored that Goal.
Exactly. I was yelling. It’s crazy that it’s so common for teams to do this when up, to try to just park in the back. It’s stupid. It doesn’t work. We were just lucky there wasn’t much time left and they missed some great opportunities.

We're happy about the three points but we need to retain the consistency and more improvement in various areas. Badashiale really played well today but with a 4-2-3-1 formation, we need to move forward than playing backwards as seen yesterday.Actually I saw James complaining on the bench why were our defenders not passing the ball towards the opponent side.
It was a fair first half in terms of performance.Mudryk is improving,he's more relaxed and we hope that hell be back soon.However,he needs to defend and put pressure to our opponents because he barely attacks and he's defending needs some improvement as well.
Scrap VAR even with too much technology there's full of biasness and wrong judgement. I thought it was supposed to be an assistant referee.
Mudryk was fouled and Nkunku severally but both the ref with the VAR turned a blind eye ignoring Brighton's mistakes. Absolutely intolerable....
In the long run, we need to play with different formations that'll help the team in defending and creating more chances.Players like Cassedei are really good but maybe the formation doesn't favor them.
Next we fave Bournemouth at home, it'll be a tough game but we need some energy,commitment and good finishing.

Gallagher was never supposed to be playing as an attacking player period.. He's a better DM.. Poch continued playing him up front when it's obvious he was struggling to play attacking football.. We have great players but the manager needs to use them based on their strengths...we never know how to slow the game down, the coach is supposed to be calming down the players on the sideline.. Won't lie, Reece James needs to work on his discipline. People will complain that Lamptey should be sent off too but if we're focusing on James here, this is the second time this season he was sent off. Even when he wasn't playing, he still got a game ban after Villa for dissent to a ref. As captain, he needs to grow up

There was an attack that Moises should’ve passed it out to Palmer or so. Then there was Palmer being selfish. Players allowing opposing players come into the box before marking 😮. VAR referrers are inconsistent that’s why some clubs want it scrapped. Look at the Cucurella incident it was supposed to be a corner kick then Mudrky’s incident Webster’s challenge ?? I know you said you don’t do the whole pregame thing, and I think that’s cool because a lot of RUclipsrs do stupid pregame shows. However, would be cool if you did something like “3 things I’m looking for” going into each game.
I know Nico hasn't been as efficient and clinical as he should be. But when he gets the ball at his feet mid-pitch my pulse starts racing. That's not an an opinion it's a reality. I'm willing to turn a blind eye to a bit of bad decision making, I just want more of the same.

And then ball should have been quickly and intelligently passed to Christopher Nkunku but Jackson held the ball so so long and the Brighton and hoves defender intersected the goal bound pass. If you don't like Poch's tikky takka ball play then you're just dumb, how can you not like that, thats how football should be played.
Chelsea will keep having these referees bad decisions forever. Reason? Check English referees where they come from. Head of English referees, Howard Webb (Mr Manchester United), from north of England. Over 62% of English referees come from north of England. The rest are from other areas and none from London. What do you expect from that kind of setup. When they meet behind doors, what do you expect from such meetings. Chelsea win genuinely to qualify for European champions league as opposed to others in most cases. Chelsea do well when they qualify and the clubs that are backed to qualify, bring shame to the so called the best league in the world. Chelsea just need to finish our chances, very important.

I get your take on Reece, however we should understand the guy just came off a long injury. Players tend to be sensitive when they return from injury. Talk of VAR.. the idiots behind VAR needs to be reviewed. The inconsistencies we get from these block heads is getting out of hand
