Been coming to the big island for the last 13 years before Covid hit, what a difference, very little aloha left. Can’t even park and enjoy kahaluu for a quick dip unless you want to fork out the cash… so sad 😢
If you had a lease for your restaurant when the parking was free, then parking fees began and your restaurant suffered, isn't that a breach of the lease by the landlord?? Can't the restaurant owner sue the land owner for the lost revenue and the lease breaking?

All i know is letʻs NOT copy mainland towns who metered their parking and ruined their downtowns..
