It’s funny to see that so far none of the "dead archons" so far were actually dead, if anything the only archon who’s "dead" is Zhongli but he just decided to retire:
Venti: not dead but does not help to rule
Zhongli: "dead" to the people
Ei: was actually co-archons with her sister, so no one knew about her death
Nahida: just a child version of the "past archon"
Venti will come to help if Mondstadt can not handle a crisis
Well, the other three are dead for real, way before the calamity
Baal is actually dead though, Ei just recently ACTUALLY participated she stated and it's in some stories that she's always ran away every time her sister had to do something regarding archon stuff
Rukkahdevata is dead, actually no her existence has been erased so she's DEAD DEAD
Nahida is basically a "back-up copy" of Rukkhadevata. She posses the same wisdom, but not memories. All and all, Nahida and Rukkhadevata are technically different "person" and Rukkhadevata is dead in all senses.
Ei is a God, but not Archon. She took Makoto's "Baal" name when she become Archon. Her real name was "Beelzebul"
Baal(Makoto) is dead Beelzebub (Ei) isn't a co archon more she's more or less a kagemusha (shadow warrior) or a double basically if there's a war and the emperor/shogun/general cannot participate or simply scared(in case of non warrior leaders) their Kagemusha will go in their stead Beelzebub isn't a a co ruler she's just a substitute when theirs a fight there's a Japanese tale about that one(I think that's the inspiration for their story also forgot the title and more or less a troupe at this point) of basically siblings who will take the throne the elder one goes in the battle and died so the little siblings can live and rule in their place

About the Archons:
This pretty much confirms that Rukkhadevata and Kusanali are the same being but a different person at the same time. She's aware that the Archons actually contact each other and that her old self used to be part of those exchanges~ Of course, her new self doesn't remember any of that so she wants to reconnect with her "old friends" again~
The Archons speak of her as if the Dendro Archon never really died and replaced~ Venti implies that they used to hang out which would be impossible since Nahida's been caged since her "birth", Zhongli believes Nahida is one of those who share the memory (Give Nahida Osthmathus wine NOW) and Ei hints at just how powerful the Dendro Archon really was even though the current Nahida isn't as powerful as old Nahida~ To them, Nahida never really died, she simply exhausted all her powers while also losing all her memories~
Not sure how much of a confirmation this is (as we're explicitly told this in 3.1) so much as it shows Nahida learns her backstory in 3.2
That was confirmed in 3.1 tho, she used all her power and turned back into a child, now she has to grow up again. Is not rocket science
There're still a lot of people that believe that they are different people so 3.2 will make them shut up for good and put those crazy theories to rest~
I've already known Nahida and Rukkhadevata were the same person ever since 3.0 after doing the Aranara quest line~

There was that one Raiden Shogun character story where she couldn't win in karuta (traditional Japanese poetry card game) against her friends. She practiced so hard that she broke character and cheered when she finally won that her friends laughed at her.
Here's the full story, it's really cute;
Before Raiden Ei became the Shogun, she was a samurai responsible for seeing that the previous Shogun's orders were carried out.
The previous Electro Archon, Raiden Makoto, was no great fighter, and the things Ei had charge over were mostly matters of warfare and slaughter. However, Ei also had moments of repose away from battle, sitting with her friends under the sakura trees and playing karuta.
Due to her character, Ei was always the most wooden player. She was never the final victor, nor did she ever have a taste of the prizes that the Kitsune Saiguu reserved for the winners.
Thus, she poured the effort that she put into swordsmanship into karuta practice, often pestering Makoto or Mikoshi Chiyo to karuta matches, or spending much time by moonlight reading the poetry inscribed on the cards out loud.
At last, the day came that under the sakura trees, Ei would defeat opponent after opponent. Even the mighty tengu would be felled after a hard-fought battle, and thus was she crowned the champion.
Ei let out a victorious whoop at her victory, only to be greeted by the sounds of her friends' laughter. Only then did she realize that she had lost her usual composure entirely, before snapping both arms back down and reverting to her usual cool facade.
Of course, her friends did not intend to make sport of her. Indeed, they understood her character and the manner in which she had worked ever so hard to come out on top.
As for the Kitsune Saiguu, oh, how amused she looked as she presented Ei with some pastries.
"I said it was a reward, yes, but it was simply some hand-made cakes of mine. I didn't think that you would be so concerned about it, Ei. Well then, enjoy the spoils of your victory to your heart's content."
Ei was hardly one to be greedy for snacks. But as a samurai, she firmly believed that what she lost must be reclaimed. These pastries were more akin to a vindication of her desire to win.
-But it was not long before that cool demeanor of hers broke into a smile again. The cakes were lovely - just like the taste of victory. As for her clumsy attempts to hide that smile, one could only say that it was an entertaining sight all around for her friends.
To this day, Ei still often remembers that sakura tree.
...Even though she has not gone to see it in a long time, and even though no one sits under it anymore, she wishes that time might stop forever.

To be fair the Dendro Archon is the only one who didn't participate in Khaenri'ah's destruction and is a pacifist from what we seen. He really wouldn't have much reason to have any biased grudge against her

I disagree, her personality is fine I guess, but an archon with such childish personality is just weird. I don't even know why she has such childish personality in the first place, she has lived for 500 years no matter how she looks and she's the goddess of wisdom (and the former goddess of wisdom even if she doesn't remember) so she has a lot of knowledge of things, so why the childish personality?

After just being "born", The sages locked Nahida away because she had the knowledge of a small child mainly the results of losing every single of her memories as Rukkha, Surely just after being born and immediately locked for some reason you don't know with no real communication from real people for 500 years can make you child-minded, No?

She couldn't have contacted them while in the sanctuary of Surasthana so this must have been before then while she was still Rukkhadevata.
