    This is a topic I was wondering about for quite a while.
    Nice solution 👍
    But, I still have a problem, since I'm trying to add this Choice value from a PowerApp, and although the flow runs OK and the value is added - it doesn't appear in the ComboBox presenting these choice values. Even running a Refresh function on the Dataverse table with this global choice doesn't retrieve the new value added to the Choice field 🫤
    Only closing the app and reopening does it. And that is very not user friendly .

      @@powerplatformplace I got it working, but refreshing the table after insert with the refresh command does not show the newly added value. Only a manual refresh in data sources works.
