- นักศึกษาหนุ่มไฟแรง ไรอัน (กัน อรรถพันธ์) ได้เข้ามาฝึกงานในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับ และได้เจอกับพี่เจน (ออฟ จุมพล) ผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับที่กลับทำให้คนไฟแรงอย่างไรอันหมดไฟได้ ซึ่งความทุกข์ในการฝึกงานของไรอันถูกระบายให้กับเพื่อนๆ นักศึกษาฝึกงานของปีนี้ที่มี บะหมี่ (พิพลอย กัญญรัตน์) ฝ่าย AE และเต้ (ซี ทวินันท์) ฝ่ายตัดต่อ คู่รักที่เลือกมาฝึกงานที่นี่เพราะอยากอยู่ด้วยกัน ป๋า (ปูน มิตรภักดี) ฝ่ายอาร์ต และ พาย (วิว เบญญาภา) ฝ่ายโปรดักชั่น แต่แล้วเมื่อไรอันได้ลองฝึกงานไปเรื่อยๆ กลับพบว่าพี่เจนก็เป็นคนใจดีกว่าที่คนอื่นคิดจนในบางครั้งไรอันเองก็เผลอใจเต้นไปด้วย และเกิดเป้าหมายคือจะต้องชนะใจพี่เจนให้ได้ ! ในการฝึกงานครั้งนี้จะเติมเต็มประสบการณ์การทำงาน หรือประสบการณ์หัวใจ ติดตามได้ใน “The Trainee ฝึกงานเทอมนี้ รักพี่ได้มั้ย”

The Bamhee-Pah scene was perfect. They really needed to talk that out and I’m glad they did and apologized for the way they were behaving towards each other. I’m glad they’re gonna be back to being normal friends now.
I also love how soft the ending scene was for Judy and Bamhee. That’s girlhood right there. Judy’s been treating her right since day 1 and some of ya’ll are turning a blind eye at that. I have so much respect too for Bamhee for telling Judy her intentions straight up. I really hope they end up together in the end because Bamhee deserves someone who puts in the same amount of effort (if not more) into their relationship.

I really like how the characters in this series are allowed to make mistakes and grow from them, instead of making them one-dimensiol clear cut good or bad. It seems to be the theme of this series, learning from your mistakes and also learning to communicate better. This has happened basically with all the characters and I appreciate it.
Bahmee makes me feel a whole lot of emotions... At one point I am pissed at her character and later I'd also find her sweet and cute. Piploy is such a good actress!
Idk I'm mad at her for always begging for sympathy. Like she was the one who hurt tae and instead of realizing her mistakes she is gaslighting him for not payimg her attention when he was just doing it for her.
And we know when we are mad at some character, the actor has done his job perfectly
She should’ve left Tae if she was feeling so neglected instead of trying to change him and then ended up cheating. Idk why women always think they can fix whatever is wrong with men. Now she’s jumping into a new relationship instead of taking time off for herself to sort out her feelings

bah-mee is a really really nicely written character. i appreciate how the writing makes it clear both that she makes mistakes but also how she felt she was treated and how tough her relationship with tae was. just super realistic honestly, even with the way she asks to get to know judy better. and piploy is soooo good

Everyone busy watching Ryan and Jane falling in love but didn't notice gmmtv is talking about all the problems you can have working in your new office. I'm a teacher and I like wearing boots, jeans and shirts but everyone else is on heels with skirts and fancy sleeves. I am always having some look from my colleagues or my student's parents, but it's my style, I'm more comfortable with it but I know everyone is jugging my skill by my style

I get Pah, I'm like that when it comes to my friends xD but Tae and Bamhee were both shitty to each other, no victims there, they were very co-dependent. Tae needs to learn how to appreciate the people he has (and take care of himself!). The way he neglected Bamhee was very painful to watch... and Bamhee needs to step up for herself and not be afraid to talk about the serious stuff. In the end, everything she bottled up led to that kiss, and that's on her. I hope they both grow a bit more. The breakup was painful, but a good start to learn how to become better people...
